There were three employees who came out. They worked VERY hard, and were more detailed than I would have been. Their attitudes were positive and sincere in doing their jobs to the utmost of their abilities. The rugs look brand new! I am very, very pleased, and recommend them most highly. Great Carpet Cleaning 12/5/2006

Although there were some scheduling issues, i was more than impressed with the job these guys did. They got all of the stains my dog has put in the carpet out and were reasonably priced. more

Great service! 11/30/2006

Miguel was wonderful. His job on my carpet was A+ #1. I have two dogs and our carpet was over run with mud and dog stains. Carpet Dryclean did a great job on my carpets. If you don't use these guys to clean your carpet you are missing out! Pros: Great job more

Carlo and Froilan did an excellent job on my carpets, they were professional, helpful, skilled and knowledgeable at their work and were very good about explaining the process and how things would work. They worked incredibly hard to make my carpets look like new.....can't say enough about what a great job they did......would recommend you guys to anyone!! Keep up the good work!! more

Fast and efficient carpet drycleaning 11/23/2006

I was impressed that they used an organic cleaning process and it wasn't overly time-consuming. In addition, once the techicians were finished, the carpet was totally dry and could be waked on. Many thanks! Pros: Organic, finished in a timely manner, dry and ready to walked on more

Best carpet cleaner 11/21/2006

Very friendly and hardworking folks. We have used this service for the past several years and are always pleased. I am allergic to mold so the dry cleaning is much better than water. Our carpet is 15 years old and they always bring it back to such good shape ....I put off replacing it another year. Very reasonable prices. Pros: service, qulaity more

I emailed them on Wednesday night and spoke with someone Thursday morning and Saturday afternoon, my carpet was TRANSFORMED! Elmer and Rozita were wonderful! They arrived a little early and you know early is better than late.\r \r I live in an apartment and new carpet was not put down before I moved in, only steam cleaned. I've been here a little over a year and the dirt and traffic from previous tenants and myself and my Shih Tzu came right back, but even worse! Everything is completely gone and my carpets look like new!\r \r I will be calling them back in a couple weeks to clean my sofa, loveseat and mattresses. I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean! Carpet Dryclean Service 11/19/2006

The technicians arrived on time - and I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled service to confirm their planned arrival. I was satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the carpet cleaning (1 1/2 year old carpet with plenty of traffic and pet stains), and the amount of time it took (they cleaned stairs, 2 bedrooms and a living room in about 2 hours). I would rather them not ""push"" the large bucket of cleaning material, or offer me a free carpet cleaning - if I give them the name and address of 5 people. However, I will give them a call when it is time to have my carpets cleaned the next time - it is worth a bit higher price to have clean carpets that are dry, safe for pets, and look like new! Great carpet cleaning 11/17/2006

Carpet Dryclean, Inc. did a very good job of cleaning the berber carpet in my sun run, as well as the regular carpet in my hallways. The high traffic areas were soiled and spotted, and the two technicians used extra care in cleaning these spots. The carpet looked 70% better, which is saying a lot considering the carpet in both areas is 10 1/2 years old! The technicians were friendly and gave a demo and cost estimate up front to help me decide if I wanted them to do the job. Also, I liked the products used, which eliminated the use of water and steam on the carpet. All around, I received good customer service! Pros: No water on carpet. Can walk on cleaned carpet right away. more

Have used the service for 5 years. Excellent customer service. The technicians are very polite and highly efficient. They are never late and the cleaning is superb without the harsh chemicals. Excellent Customer Service, Efficient and Trustworthy Technicians 11/15/2006

The word ' organic' can be quite a Buzz Word these days. Anything not containing harmful chemicals as well as anything carbon -related is considered 'organic'. Organic Carpet Cleaning to me needed to be SAFE for my children and PETS, but EFFECTIVE against the unavoidable results of those precious little, and big, aforementioned inhabitants. This company covers all those requirements and more. Their technicians were well -trained and on the money as far as estimating cost and time. Carpet Dryclean is not the cheapest, BUT, after much research and shopping around throughout the Triangle, they certainly were competitive price-wise and WORTH the extra. I definitely will use them again , and again.....and again ..and refer my friends as well! Pros: Clean smell, disinfected as well. No perfume smell. Carpet dry immediately. Cons: The smell can be a bit strong, but we opened windows and it was fine. more

Couldn't believe it. 11/12/2006

I used to have another company to do our carpets.. It was suppose to be ""Dry"" but in reality it would take 3-4 hours. I did a search on the internet and found Carpet Drycrean. I was skeptical about a Dry Clean Organic material that would clean, but decided to call because it is an organic material. I am a stay-at-home mom plus my husband works from home... plus our carpet is almost white. it was filthy and now it looks great! Pros: Organic and Dry Cons: Gets a tiny bit dusty that night and next day, not a big deal... It is worth it. more

Capet Dryclean came to clean my carpets and did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with the care they took in cleaning the carpet. Everyone is friendly and nice, they are on time, and my carpets always look new after they leave and they always call to make sure I am happy. I highly recommend their service. Not Happy with this service 11/3/2006

They came to my house to clean 1 room. They got the cleaning product everywhere - on my furniture. I had to wait 1 hour and then vacuum it up myself. The carpet did not look any different after they left. Although they cleaned up the product they got on my furniture, I thought they should have been more careful. It was a vrey quick cleaning. In and out in what seemed like 15 minutes. Pros: They were fast Cons: expensive, does not clean carpets, messy and I had to clean up more

Just had my carpets cleaned by these folks and I have to tell you that my carpets look fabulous. Best of all the carpets are dry. Carlo was very nice and went over some tough areas twice. If you need carpet cleaning call these guys. more

expensive but worth it 11/2/2006

Though our carpet is only 2 years old, we have 4 children, so the carpet gets a LOT of use! The gentleman were VERY polite and efficient, did an excellent job, and were on time and out when they said they woud be. The aroma was initially very strong, but pleasant--I just opened a few windows for about an hour and that fixed it. I love the fact that the carpet is dry within 20 minutes so I didn't have to worry about keeping the family off of it. The carpet fibers and nice and refreshed and the whole smells fresh again instead of like dirty socks from kids' sweaty feet. While their prices are a bit high, they are well worth it!
