Consistently great company...Clean carpet again! 8/7/2006

Our living room is located directly off our kitchen and we have an almost 3 year old who loves to take food in there --- which was obvious when you saw our carpet. Carpet DryClean managed to get out all the stains (unbelievable in and of itself) and the carpet was dry and soft (no stiff tacky residue since their process is dry) immediately after they left. I loved them so much the first time, I'll be back again for their service.....and after seeing my carpet the first time even my mother-in-law was impressed enough to use them & recommend them to others. The cleaning solution they offer a sample of works perfectly for taking out future stains and if you tend to have a lot of them, I'd recommend buying the ""bucket"". Pros: Very clean carpet with very good customer service Cons: None really. You might could have your carpets cleaned cheaper, but not better. more

Great customer service and super clean carpets. 8/5/2006

Loved it! An actual person answered the phone when I called and set up an appointment on the date I wanted. They said they would call me half an hour before they arrived and they did. And they came at the time they said they would. How is that for customer service. My carpets look great and since there is no water my 2 children were able to come home right away and play on the carpet. I highly recommend this service. more

Very happy that they moved the furniture and the carpet was dry when they left. Didn't have to wait to walk on the carpets. Pros: move furniture, dry carpet Cons: residue left on woodwork more

The staff was very friendly when I called for a quote. I was given a quote based on an estimated square footage that was dead-on. The service was prompt, which was appreciated since I had to go to work afterwards. The carpets looked wonderful. Thanks for the great service! more

Great customer service 8/1/2006

Customer services was great. The cleaning staff was very polite and organized. They \r immediately got down to business and was finished in a timely fashion. I was pleasantly\r surprised that the product actually worked and the carpet was clean and fresh. And for the\r most part dry except in areas that were heavily stained or soiled. But those were dry as \r well in just a few hours. I was very pleased with the overall service. And I will be a repeat\r customer. Thanks for a job well done. more

Carpet Dry Clean came to my house early and was polite. They got pet stains out of my carpet that I thought would never come clean. They were very thorough and I will use them again. I have also recommended them to several of my friends. more

Great Customer Service and Satisfaction 7/31/2006

My neighbors recommended Carpet Dryclean so I tried them. They we were very helpful on the phone and accommodating to my schedule. I staff of 5 came out to do about 700 sq feet of work. They were very professional and courteous. My carpet looks brand new and feels fluffier. I had forgotten what new carpet feels like. They did a great job and I have recommended them to my 10 closet friends and neighbors! more

Great carpet cleaning! 7/31/2006

This is the first time I've had my carpet drycleaned as opposed to the water method, and I can see a huge difference. Stains that were set-in and unremovable by previous water method cleaning, were removed! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, quick and thorough. They arrived on time (even a little early), which was a real plus. The price was reasonable considering how much furniture had to be moved and the stains that existed. And I love the fresh, clean smell my house now has. Pros: Effectiveness Cons: Having to vacuum after the treatment. more

Great Customer Service, easy Appointments 7/26/2006

I have gotten my caprets cleaned several times by this company. It is a wonderful experience. The customer service is great and they always check with you after the cleaning to make sure no residue and that no stain has resurfaced. This cleaning is superior to steam cleaning because the carpet is not wet. I have a 6 year old, 2.5 year old and an older pet and neither are irritated by the smell nor the powder. I highly reccomend them. They are also very good about sending coupons once you get started with them too! more

Polite, friendly service; excellent results 7/17/2006

I was very, very pleased with the polite service I received from Carpet Dryclean. Old stains were removed, my carpets smell fresh and look great! There was little or no dry time. Estimate given over the phone was very accurate and there were no additional charges or services trying to be sold to me on the day of cleaning. As instructed, you do need to thoroughly vacuum carpets to remove excess cleaning powder. Well worth very cent I paid! Pros: Polite service, excellent results, no dry time Cons: A thorough vacuuming is needed to remove excess powder from cleaning solution more

Drycleaning your rug is wonderful!!! No having to wait for it to dry. You can actually live in your house while it is being cleaned and as soon as they leave. It smells wonderful, and looks great! I really recommend Carpet Dryclean! Pros: Dry, as in DRY, cleaning! Cons: There are no cons. more

Best carpet cleaning service 7/16/2006

Wow, my carpets look new again. I own my own steam cleaner and I didn't have the time to do the carpets. I called around for prices and Earl, at Carpet Dryclean, was very helpful on explaining the pros and cons between drycleaning my carpet as opposed to steam cleaning it. It was well worth the change for me, I think their drycleaning process is really ingenius. The satff was very friendly and informatiive. They were not pushy salesmen, and they moved all of the furniture, even the mass of toys in the kids playroom. My house smells great now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Pros: no drying time, they dirt's gone not buried in the carpet more

My only complaint is maybe they should have told me about their $15.00 off coupon which is available on their website. I thought the service was too pricey for just one room.
