They were easy to deal with from the very start of the process....quickly obtained an appointment, showed up on time, very friendly and professional, explained the process, and let me see what the results were going to look like before I committed to having the service done. I just used Carpet Dryclean for the first time & am extremely pleased with the results. It was very convenient since I didn't have to wait for the carpet to dry. The process fluffed up the carpet fibers on some matted areas & did a great job removing dirt. I felt good using the service knowing that the cleaner would not be harmful to my grandson who is crawling or to my pets. more

I'D JUST MOVED INTO MY HOUSE AND CARPET IS ONLY A YEAR OLD, BUT WEAR AND TEAR OF 5 BOYS AND A BIG DOG (THE PEOPLE WHO PREVIOUSLY LIVED HERE) MADE THE CARPET LOOK SO OLD AND WORN. I'VE HAD CARPET AT OTHER HOUSE CLEANED, THE OLD FASHIONED WAY I GUESS, WITH THE WATER AND THEN HAVING IT VACUUMED UP....BUT EVENTUALLY, THE CARPET WOULD START SMELLING. SO I FIGURED I'D GIVE THIS CARPET DRY CLEANING A TRY SINCE IT RECIEVED SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS...AND I'D HAVE TO SAY, I WAS IMPRESSED. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY CHARGED, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE...AFTER THEY WERE DONE, THE CARPET WAS BRIGHT AND RATHER FLUFFY.... Pros: GOOD SERVICE, INEXPENSIVE more

Carpet Dryclean did an excellent job on my carpets. They removed stains I hadn't been able to for months. They are a little pricely, but well worth the extra.
