Different and better! 3/29/2006

We used Carpet Dryclean for the first time and we were very impressed! After years of having our carpets steam-cleaned and dealing with the wet carpet afterward (and stains that resurfaced as they crept back up the fibers) this method is so much better. The technician uses a powder cleaner, brushes it into the fibers, and deep-vacuums up the powder and the dirt. The quote we got was accurate, the technician was professional, and the whole process took half the time that steam cleaning used to take. No worries about steam or chemicals damaging the furniture, either. We will use this company from now on! Pros: Quick, Cost-effective, Professional Cons: n/a more

Fantastic! 3/28/2006

I thought the only solution to the stains in my carpet was to buy new carpet. I didn't want the hassle of renting equipment to do a cleaning job myself and with guest coming for the weekend, I didn't want to wait for carpet to dry. A friend suggested Carpet Dryclean. The results were amazing. The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. I was able to schedul an appointment at my convenience. My carpet was thoroughly cleaned - spots and all - without a watery mess. Try it. You'll love it. more

They did a great job cleaning our carpets and were very freindly. They got out stains that had been there when we bought the house but kept coming back after steam cleaning. The carpets were also dry afterwards which was very nice. Pros: dry carpet, stains removed more

I used Carpet Dryclean for the first time today and was most pleased with their professionalism. Customer service was excellent. They called before arriving, provided information on their cleaning methods, and followed up later in the day to confirm customer satisfaction. The technician was efficient and pleasant. My carpet is very clean--even a few pet stains disappeared--and I will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends. more

Beyond my expectations! 3/27/2006

I had an appt lined up with another local (chain) dry carpet cleaners- but I saw the reviews for Carpet DryClean- when I spoke to Earl, he provided all the information I needed and I cancelled with the other firm. the pricing estimate over the phopne was dead on! I was hoping the stains on our cream carpet, from our 2 dogs, would be improved but ever single spot was removed- The customer service, attitdue and professionalism of the crew that arrived was extraordinary- something we all want but rarely see these days- They even left us with some carpet cleaner for us to use. Our carpet looks brand new, but should we need any future touch ups, we will be calling them! Pros: Effective, Service, Price more

Customer service is wonderful 3/21/2006

I am blown away at the customer service offered by Carpet Dryclean. They do everything possible to get your carpets cleaned in the time frame you need and they have cleaned my carpets several times. Our house is up for sale and it is 8 years old, and we have a dog, and they have made the carpet look nice enough that it won't have to be replaced. This past time they cleaned my furniture. They did a good job. My furniture just has some soiled spots that I don't think can come out, but overall, I can defintely tell it's cleaner. I don't call anybody else when I need rugs, furniture, carpet clean. I am hooked on Carpet Dryclean. more

The service was fast and friendly. They did a great job getting out stains and it was nice to be able to walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning. However, expect a price increase from your ""normal"" carpet cleaning company. Pros: No wet carpet, Removed stains Cons: Expensive more

Very professional 3/19/2006

From the person I spoke with on the initial call, to the people who came to my house, to the person who made a follow-up call... everyone was very pleasant and professional. I don't see a huge difference in my carpet because I didn't have any major stains to begin with, but I am sure it is much cleaner than I realize. I was impressed by the process, but will probably try steam cleaning next time so I can compare the two and because it can be slightly cheaper. Pros: professional more

Great job, but beware of extra charge for steps 3/16/2006

The job Carpet Dryclean did was excellent. I was given a call about 30 min. before their arrival. They arrived on time and did a great job. It took about 1-1 and half hours. The previous owners had two dogs. The carpet was in pretty good condition- mainly dog hair everywhere. The carpet looks great now and smell great too. The only complaint I had was with the price. I was not told about the extra charge for the steps. So, my quote was off by about $30 because of that fact. The guy seemed nice about it, but did not waiver on the price. Otherwise, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Pros: timely, effective Cons: added charge per step more

My has is off to this cleaning company 3/16/2006

I just want to thank Eloy and Carlos for a job well done. They explained to me what was going to happen in the cleaning process, as they cleaned they would stop and expain a little more. The best part was being able to walk on the carpet after they finished and not having to wait 4-8 hours and because of the daycare it deodorized and disinfected the childcare area right away. Eloy and Carlos were very professional in doing their job as well as their manners. I plan to have carpet redone in July. My hat is off to this cleaning company.
