Called around to different carpet cleaners. Carpet Dry Clean provided me with an upfront and honest quote and their process. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the serviceman came right on time. They are polite, knowledgeable, and was able to explain and show me their process. There were no ""sales gimics"" or worries that I was going to be stunned at the price. Everything was upfront and reliable. Thank you Carpet Dry Clean! more

Received a professional treatment all the way from the time I called them to the time they left my house. On-time service, quick, curtious. NO Drying time....my old carpets looked like new again. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical before the guy arrived , but not any more!!!He did a great job..very thorough..carpet looks better than when we moved in..I will certainly recommend this company to everyone at my school!! They did the best that they could do my carpets were clean but my concern was that he spent a lot of time on the spot he was testing then taking his lime on the rest of the house he kinda rushed through it but over all they did a good job i just think that if he would of taking more time my carpets would have been cleaner more

Great Service 1/24/2006

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service at a fair price. We have hardwood floors under wall-to-wall carpeting, so I don't want to use any method that involves water or steam. I have used them several times and they have always been prompt and courteous. Highly recommended. more

very professional/cost effective 1/22/2006

The Carpet dryclean team came to my house promptly on time today and began with easy simple steps and questions about where to concentrate and which rooms were most needy. Very courteous and clean and friendly. After a brief question session, he came to me with the exact cost of the cleaning which was lower than originally quoted and they went to work. I appreciate the convenience, thoroughness and professionalism of carpet dry clean. I will use them again Pros: professional, inexpensive, thorough Cons: none to tell more
