I really think carpet dryclean does a superb job in cleaning carpets. They are on time, available, and friendly. They get more stains out then any other carpet cleaners I have used and your carpets are dry when they are done. You don't have to worry about walking on wet carpets. I highly recommend them. A gem in the Triangle 11/27/2005

Beige carpet + leaky pet = A big mess. Thanks to Carpet Dryclean, my broadloom has never looked -- or smelled -- better. Service was superb -- efficient, thorough and courteous. Company called a couple of days later to be sure that the cleaning was to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier! I called to make an appointment on a Friday and they came out the next day. Arrived when they said they would and were very friendly. Explained the process before cleaning. I also liked the fact that they gave an accurate estimate over the phone, then gave the actual estimate upon arrival. The sanitizer used (I think that's what it was!) has a rather strong scent and irritated my eyes for a minute, but other than that it was great! I loved that there is no ""drying"" time involved. The carpets looked and smelled great! (I have a dog and a cat!) more

I have used Carpet Dryclean for about 4 years. A little more expensive than the others, but well worth it! The difference is amazing. The staff is very careful to explain the costs upfront so there are no surprises. A follow-up call is always placed to each customer to ensure you are satisfied with the work. I have referred about 30 of my friends to them over the years. Carpet looks and smells great when they leave. Make sure if you have Berber Carpet to ask for the 'special' brushes. The regular brushes will not work as well on Berber Carpet. Great People and a GREAT BUSINESS! Thanks and see you in about 5 months! I can't tell you how many carpet cleaners I had to go through before I found Carpet dryclean. From day One I was sold. They are always reliable and you can count on them being there when they say they will. I was also impressed with their followup call to make sure I was happy with the service. No waiting to walk on the carpet, and most of all no wet spots like with those other carpet cleaners. I have used them for 3 years now and will continue to go with a company that puts customer service on the top of their list. more

The Best Carpet Cleaning in Town 11/18/2005

I was skeptical when they first started cleaning but soon, we realized that our carpets looked better than new. I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean. They are a slightly more expensive than the discount cleaners but after Stanley Steamer ruined our rug... we realized that the discounts actually cost more in the long-run.
