They are always so easy to work with and do a wonderful job. I love the fact I can walk on the carpet immediately and it immediately takes half the time. The dryclean formula has gotten out stains I never thought would come out. Pros: Easy to work with, Wonderful job, Ready to walk on more

Service was great. More than I expected on the cleaning. They say all serivces was included. This is definitely better than worrying about anyone trying to sell extra services. I was a little skiptical at first on the organic cleaning and how safe it would be, but they provided me with a MSDS sheet and sample cleaning to show how effective it was. Overall I will call them again. Pros: Quick service, DRY & Safe, No add on sales Cons: More$ than expected more

Tom and Joan did an excellent job, they are hard diligent workers. I gave them a challenge and they took it by the horn! I have always done steam cleaning, but never again. I am hooked and so grateful for this company. We are dog lovers and are dogs are getting older and having some problems, but I don't need to worry anymore This process can handle my problems! The service was outstanding! The two service representatives were on time...professional and a a pleasure to deal with! The estimate for cleaning our carpet was accurate and we felt a very good price. The pet odors were gone and our carpet looked great. No wet carpet to dry out! These people are good! Pretty Impressed 2/15/2005

I must say that I was impressed with the before and after of my carpet. I own a 2 yr old black lab with pancreatitis, who has dealt with major issues with using the bathroom inside. ALWAYS 100% satisfaction with these professional, very nice guys. We have used Carpet Dryclean 5-6 times now, and they are consistently: on time; polite & cleanly dressed & smiling; proud of the work they do; careful to explain costs. They work quickly and professionally. When they leave, the carpets have no stains (and we have two dogs). Everything is pristine & with no residue, and the house smells wonderfully clean. I originally used them because I have a lot of allergies. But now I gladly recommended them to countless friends because they are just plain good. I could not have been happier with the results of my carpet cleaning, the service technicians and the speed with which it was done.
