Carpet Dryclean...the best in the triangle 12/22/2005

I like the convenience of not having wet carpets after cleaning. Carpet Dryclean gets my carpet looking like new and I can walk on it immediatly afterwards. I have used this company for years and each time I am amazed at the results from drycleaning. I have recommended Carpet Dryclean to all my friends and they have all been satisfied. good product and good service 12/19/2005

This is the second time we have used Carpet Drycleaning and everytime the carpet comes out looking like new. The staff is friendly and informative about their cleaning process. The price is higher than the steam cleaning, but the carpet gets cleaner, stays clean longer, and since they don't use water, carpet can be used immediately. Also, pricing is per square foot, and is fixed. No haggling, and no upsell for scotch gard, special sauce, etc. Pros: easy scheduling, really works, effecient process Cons: slight chemical odor, costs more more

I left them... and then came back! 12/14/2005

I used this company 3 times and then switched to a company that was a little less expensive. With 3 small children and 3 small dogs, cleaning every 2 months was adding up. I was happy with the other company, but not thrilled. I have come back to CarpetDryclean...I just wish it had not taken me a year to realize the difference in quality. I finally figured out that they have exclusivity on a great organic product. P.S. Working with Victor is always a lot of fun... more

Many times when I call they can come out as soon as the next day. They are very reliable, and always call to make sure I am satisfied. The greatest thing is that there are no wet caroets when they leave. more

Carepet Dryclean could not be more professional and worth the money. We have lived in our home for 4 years ans had several others clean our carpets. Carepet Dryclean was able to get stains out that others had not even been able to touch! Theywere very reliable and stayed intouch with me every step of the way. Best of all my carpet looked brand new and was dry from the moment theywere done. Highly recommend! more

This is the first time I have ever had my carpets dry cleaned and I have to say I'm very pleased with the work that the folks from Carpet DryClean have done. The guys from Carpet DryClean had no problem working with my schedule and were prompt and coutreous. Most importantly my carpets look great. I highly recommend these guys. more

Glad to See them Back 12/12/2005

Polo came to our house. I have had him over before. He did a wonderful job. Stains and spots came out that were quite troubling before. Smells great. Some spots just won't disappear. Those are the things we will tell our kids not to do. (These are spill colored sand, leave yellow marker spills for too long.) Whoever came to clean, always cleaned up after themselves. Really very nice to know. Thanks again Carpet Dryclean. Pros: Cleaned up areas that have never been touched, suggestions Cons: No cons. more

I searched around for carpet cleaning and decided to try Carpet Drycleaning. They were promt, courteous, and very professional. They arrived on time and gave me a written total for the costs and then started cleaning the carpets.
