Very nice people... Didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment and also I never had to worry about the cleaning crew getting lost on the way to my place... They cleaned the carpets quickly and thoroughly! I highly recommend using carpet dryclean! more

We were in the market to find a good, quality carpet cleaning for our living room and stairs. We had many stains and the technicians did a wonderful job getting them all out. They were on time and courteous. We highly recommend Carpet DryClean. We will definitely use them from now on. more

Living in an apartment and getting free carpet cleaning service is nice but not always good value. I had a friend suggest Carpet Dryclean and I've been using them ever since. The men were very pleasant and always said hello to my dog. The results are amazing too, got some ""pet accidents"" out of the carpet and it looks great now. Obviously this costs more than the free carpet cleans I can get, but this is money well spent and it's affordable. Pros: Affordable Prices, Pet-safe, No dry time more

I was very pleased with the professional behavior of the employees and the cleaning job they did. They were very thorough on our stairs and worked very diligently on several problem areas we had. Carpet Dry Clean - excellent customer service. They attempted to fit me on the day I called to make an appointment. Though they were late showing up, they were proactive in making sure I was not standing around waiting on them. They use environmentally friendly product and take the time to teach you about how to care for your carpet as well as how the products work. The first time we used them was because of cat urine stain. They explained over the phone they may not be able to get it out. But, it looks like it is gone. You have to look very, very close to in suspect something was spilt on our beige carpet. The second time there was stains in our heavy traffic areas on another carpet. I think I've been using Carpet Dryclean for about 10 years and obviously I like it. I am so pleased when the carpet get so clean, smells so fresh and stays nice longer, all without going through the mess of a wet carpet. It is truly an amazing process. A dinner guest spilled an entire glass of red wine on my white carpet. She was mortified but, I just blotted up the wine and used my carpet dryclean material on the stain. Very happy repeat customer 2/13/2006

I have used A&A Organic Carpet Drycleaning 5 times and am very happy with the level of service they provide. I like the product they use because we have a dog and a toddler in the house so the carpet sees constant traffic and with their powder there is no wet carpet to deal with afterwards and I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals. We've had pet stains, juice stains, oil pastel stains and other carpet cleaner stains (I know shame on me) and I really wasn't expecting the carpet to be as clean as it is. The reason I picked carpet dry clean was because of all of the great reviews that I had read here at citysearch. I was not disappointed at all. My dogs had tracked mud from my backyard all through my house so that there were orange markings across the living room and stairs. Those stains and all of the other stains are now gone. Our carpet cleaners were a husband and wife team that worked for 3.5 hours to remove pet stains as well as food stains on our carpets. They were polite, timely, and the carpets now look great. Some of the stains could not be completely removed, but I am happy with the results. I am highly recommending Carpet Dryclean Pros: On time, courteous, Good results more

I am now a repeat customer of Carpet DryClean and I am as satisfied on each visit as I was on the first. Their personnel are very professional, polite and knowledgeable; they continue to teach me about carpet each time they come. This time was no exception: they had to specially treat a couple of difficult spots and were able to successfully remove them! My carpet is now 5 years old and still ends up looking like new every time; I also have 2 types of carpet and they are both cleaned beautifully.\r I would highly recommend using this business and I will certainly continue to be a repeat customer! Highly recommended 2/4/2006

Dry cleaning is the way to go. Carpets look fabulous and it doesn't leave behind filthy water. No offensive chemical smells either. Service was fantastic and the personnel was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was considering ripping my carpets out before they came, now I'll keep them for a while.
