Best Carpet Cleaner around...hands down!!! 6/11/2006

I used Carpet Dry Clean for my burbur (spelling?) carpet and was shocked out how well it cleaned. The rooms were dry and smelled fresh when they left.\r \r Terri, my carpet cleaner, was very friendly, on time, and gave me lots of info on how to keep my carpets looking their best without spending a bunch of money. They even offer a great deal where you get a huge bucket of the dry cleaning solution for in between touch ups, and every time they come to clean my carpet, I get a free refill ! Two days after my carpets were cleaned my kids spilled orange juice on the carpet...I used the cleaner I bought and it took it right out!\r \r I am very happy with the job they did on my carpets and will use them again and again. I have even told my friends and nieghbors about them.\r \r (Almost forgot...I have a newborn with very sensitive skin and he was able to come in contact with the carpet as soon as they were done and it had no ill effects on him) more

When they say dry, they mean it 6/11/2006

After seeing all the recommendations on CitySearch, I called Carpet Dryclean to clean my carpet. They made an appointment and were actually 30 minutes late, but they called to let me know before the appointment time so it was no big deal. They were courteous and offered to demonstrate the process on my toughest stain before even giving me an estimate. They will move furniture if you choose, but they charge you by the square footage that they clean, not the square footage of the room, which is nice. They were more expensive than steam cleaners, but the process was completely dry (except for a little citrus spray they use on tough stains) and I could walk on the carpets as soon as they were done. Very good cleaning job. I'd recommend them. more

Carpet cleaners were prompt, gave plenty of time to us in demonstrating what they were doing, made sure we understood everything, and did a great job in the cleaning process. Carpets look so much better, and I would recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. more

Prompt, courteous and thorough 6/4/2006

Carpet Dryclean arrived on Saturday morning exactly when they said they would and performed an efficient, thorough and cost-effective cleaning on two couches and one chair. Afterwards, they vacuumed up every room they visited and ensured that everything was put back in its place before they left. Excellent, courteous service (though we might suggest going a little easier on the asking for referrals part). more

Smoke smell removal 6/2/2006

Carpet Dryclean was able to rid our sofa of an awful smoke smell, which was great. Service was great. A bit pricy, but worth it. Unforunately, our stains (baking soda from a previsousmoke-removal attempt) didn't come out, but they tried hard. Pros: Hard-working, Convenient Cons: Pricey more

Great service right from the start. Received the quote immediately. They were able to come out the very next day. Crew was very polite and moved the furniture, cleaned and put everything back in place. All the spots are gone and the carpet looks like new. Great work Preston, Jose and his partner. I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean to clean your carpets. They recently cleaned my carpets and oriental rugs and did a fantastic job. No water was used and the carpets and rugs were cleaned quite well. The cleaning crew was prompt, hardworworking and friendly. The cost was estimated on the spot and so there was no question about the price. They also left me a small container of the cleaning agent to use for any future spots. Carpet cleaning was excellent with many spots and heavy soiled areas well cleaned. Moveable furniture (couches, love seats, etc) were moved to clean and returned to right location. Our Dryclean Experience 5/25/2006

Things started off poorly when tech crew arrived 1:15 late; and then complained about moving furniture, or just not doing it after being asked to do so. Requests by my wife and myself to get certain spots, were met with open defiance. A quick call to the home office remedied this however. After the owner spoke to the crew, the quickly complied with everything we asked and paid for. A couple days later when we noticed new spots on the carpet that hadn't existed previously, the office had the team back out within hours after our call to them to remedy the situation and leave behind free dry clean material. Great looking carpets 5/22/2006

Carpet Dryclean came by today and I couldn't be happier. They were very attentive and concentrated on areas that I requested. The price seems very comparable and fair, and since no water is involved, and it is non-toxic, it is great for my bulldog. Carpets look new- and they gave me a small bucket of the cleaner for my own use. A really great deal. I will definitely use them again. more

This is our fifth year with Carpet Dryclean and we will NEVER use anyone else. We have white berber throughout the house, two cats, and lots of traffic. Another water based carpet cleaner (nationally known) came two years in a row and only made the inevitable stains worse. From the first cleaning with Carpet Dryclean, our carpets looked like new! I have been using this company to clean my carpets for 3 years now and HIGHLY recommend them. They are always courteous on the phone while making appts, always have convenient appts available for my schedule, have always been on time, fast and efficient. And best of all my carpets look brand new when they leave AND they are dry!!!! (And I have a dog and a toddler so I know about dirty carpet!) The also have a great incentive / referral plan with which I have received many discounts. Best of all they really believe & take pride in Customer Service. more
