Carpet Dryclean did an awesome job on our carpets! They were able to remove the pet odor left by our cat...nothing else we tried was able to do that! We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job done by a professional and courteous staff. more

Its was OK 10/9/2006

I was satisfied with the service. They were able to get out quickly and they did follow up to see that I was satisfied. When I originally called they trumpeted that they had so many more reviews on Citysearch than the other companies. I now know why: they offer you a $10 rebate to do this, which is the only reason I am posting here. I was satisfied enough with the service, but they are expensive and I still have areas that dont look that much different than before. Some stains were not able to be removed, but they were upfront about that. The crew that came out were really nice and overall I would give them a postive rating... I would just not feel strongly enough about them to post without the promise of a $10 rebate! Pros: quick, can use carpets again right away Cons: price more

Great Service, Outstanding Product, Courteous Staff :-) 10/9/2006

I've had my carpets traditionally steam cleaned before and got a soggy mess and water stains on my upholstery. I switched to Carpet Dryclean and love it. No wet carpets to hassle with and the drycleaning is superior--it really makes my carpet look brand new. It only takes a couple of hours and it's done. I highly recommend this service, and Carpet Dryclean employees have always been courteous and prompt. I wouldn't have my carpets cleaned any other way. Best carpet cleaning I've seen. 10/8/2006

I was very impressed with the work done by Carpet Dryclean. The carpets went from dingy to like-new after they were cleaned. I must admit that I was skeptical when they started but all of the adds are true - the carpet can be walked on as soon as they finish and they looked great. I would definitely hire Carpet Dryclean again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.\r Pros: timely, professional, great job more

No more dog throw-up 10/8/2006

After this cleaning, I will not go back to a steam cleaner. Our technician and his wife were prompt and courteous. They explained everything well and the carpets turned out great. The stains from our animals are all gone, and on white carpets that is a very good thing. The process is great, no need to worry about water that the steam cleaners don't remove and keeping off the carpets. The only down side, is that it seems to take longer for the cleaner bu the job that was done was VERY worth the wait. Can't Go Wrong! 10/7/2006

The results of the cleaning yesterday are amazing. For the last few months both of our daughters have been back home along with a cat and with our Yorkie, our carpet has really taken a beating. Carlo and Weng did a terrific job - our carpet which is about eight years old, looks like new again. We have been usinging this company for several years and have always been pleased. Carlo and Weng did a superb job of cleaning the difficult tracking areas, nasty spots and odor removal in the basement. more

Prompt and courteous. Explained everything well and the carpets turned out great. The stains from previous home owner's animals are all gone, and on white carpets that is a very good thing. We were going to replace the carpets, but that is no longer necessary. The only down side, is that quite a bit of residue was left behind that came up in my vacuum cleaner, but it only took one good cleaning session to get it up. I'm very pleased with the results and they smell so much better. Good job and I would use Carpet Dry Clean again. Pros: prompt, courteous, worked hard Cons: residue left in carpet, but came up with home vacuum more

Removed countless baby stains 10/5/2006

The guys were on time and nice. They removed all the stains in our living room and bedroom carpets. We have a 14 month old, and there were tons of apple juice stains. We use them anout every 4 months to clean our white carpet. more

Great service 10/1/2006

Received a call prior to technicians coming to home. They were very courteous. Took about 2.5 hours to clean my carpet--I have berber which apparently is very difficult to clean. Carpet looks much better than it did before, it isn't brand new again but it is definitely much brighter and most of the stains came out, all of them are at least faded. Overall they did a wonderful job and I will recommend them to my friends. Pros: service Cons: phone quote too low more

Fine residue of powder left on furnishings. 9/28/2006

Get you carpets cleaned here! Their workmen were very efficient and careful with my furniture. The only thing I had to do when they left was dust the fine chemical powder from my furnishings. There was no wet carpet left. The rooms were ready for use immediately. more

Carpets Look Like New 9/25/2006

I was very pleased with the cleaning performed by Carpet Dryclean\r on 9/22/06.\r \r Elmer and his nephew were very cooperative. Some areas had to \r be done a second time while they were here and there was no additional\r charge. The smell of the product they use is strong while they are \r working it into the carpet, however the smell is not obnoxious and does\r not linger once they have finished. I did notice that the process does\r leave a film of dust on the furnishings. I would recommend covering any\r upholstered pieces or bedding with sheets that you can just throw in the wash \r afterwards.\r \r The customer service is outstanding. They called a few minutes before\r they arrived and I received a follow-up call in the afternoon to ask if\r I was still pleased with the results.\r \r I would highly recommend this company and their process over steam cleaning. more

Quick and efficient carpet cleaning without the hassle of waiting for it to dry! 9/21/2006

I was very pleased with the end results of my carpet cleaning. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in a few years because I was dreading getting it done because of the hassle in waiting for the carpet to dry to be able to move the furniture back into place. I saw their add in the Yellow Pages and decided to give them a try and I'm very happy that I did. My carpets look new again and my house smells really fresh. The workers did a nice job of putting my rooms back together and getting every last bit of their product off of the floor. As an added bonus, their product is organic and non-harmful to our toddler and our pet cat. Nice work for a fair price. Pros: Convenience, results, fresh smell. Cons: A little more expensive than my estimate. more

We were extremely pleased not only with the outcome of the carpet cleaning, but with the professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness of the service. The staff were careful to explain exactly what they were doing and to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Their pricing was fair, and we would definitely use them again. All I could say was WOW when they were done with my carpet. I didn't think they were going\r to be able to get all the stains out of it, but they did. I was so amazed at how clean my carpet looked after the job was done, I recommended them to my friends and family. Thanks again guys for the wonderful job you did. more

Good, professional service 9/18/2006

Victor's team did a great job cleaning my high traffic areas (stairs, bedroom, hall, playroom) and focused on any problem spots I pointed out. They arrived promptly and performed the service in a timely fashion. I like that you can walk on the carpet right away. Victor's team didn't even seem to mind my dog following them around while they worked! I'd use them again. more

Great for removing our puppy's stains! 9/18/2006

These guys were on-time, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned a sample area before asking us to make a final decision and the final cost was at the low end of the initial estimate. The cost seems comparable with steam cleaners and doesn't leave your carpet damp. I'll use this company again! Pros: Great for removing pet stains, doesn't leave your carpet wet. Cons: The smell of the cleaning agents was too strong for my boyfriend to stay inside the house. more
