These guys were on-time, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned a sample area before asking us to make a final decision and the final cost was at the low end of the initial estimate. The cost seems comparable with steam cleaners and doesn't leave your carpet damp. I'll use this company again!
Pros: Great for removing pet stains, doesn't leave your carpet wet.
Cons: The smell of the cleaning agents was too strong for my boyfriend to stay inside the house.
