They use a dry cleaning power. It worked well. I liked it that they gave me 2 free samples of the dry cleaning power so I can do my own dry cleaning on spills when they happen. This helps keep stains off the carpet between cleanings. more

Today I had my white wall to wall carpeting cleaned by Carpet DryClean, and the results have been outstanding. The crew was professional, courteous, and thorough, and the carpet shines and glows with every spot removed and all high traffic areas refreshed. My beautiful carpet looks brand new. I would happily and enthusiastically recommend Carpet DryClean to anyone who wants a great cleaning for their carpeting. And the extra special advantage is that the carpets are dry and ready to walk on when the team walks out the door. Really remarkable! Pros: Carpets are dry when the process is over, all spots removed, fast and efficient Cons: The smell can be a bit overpowering during the actual cleaning but is gone by the time the cleaning is done. more

exceeded all expectations 9/1/2006

I was overwhelmed when I opened the yellow pages to search for a company to clean our carpets and, after asking friends and learning of their less-than-satisfactory experiences, I had opted to clean our carpets myself. My husband, however, selected Carpet DryClean based on the reviews he found online and, although I was skeptical, I decided to go along with trying at least once to have the carpets professionally cleaned. All of my apprehensions disappeared as soon as Joe arrived (punctually I might add)! Joe was extremely polite and thorough. The price of the cleaning actually was less than the estimate on the telephone and was worth every penny. We were extremely impressed with Joe and his work and feel fortunate to have chosen this company. Thank you! more

Quick response time, gets red wine and all other stains out 8/24/2006

Had a party and all things got spilled on the carpet including red wine. They were able to get out the stains. They were able to make the appointment quickly at a time that worked best for me. \r \r They have great service! more

Execellent carpet cleaning 8/22/2006

The crew did an excellent job on some tough stains. We had the whole house done and they were finished in about 2 1/2 hours. The carpet is beautifully clean and fresh. Carpet Dryclean is the best we've ever used. more

Carpet Dry Clean did a great job on our carpets! They were very professional. Stuck to their word on arrival time. Called prior to arrival to confirm. They even got old cola stains out of the carpet for me. The house looked great and smelled fresh after they left. I've used their service a number of times and have been happy every time! One of the Most Professional Companies! 8/20/2006

This is one of the most professional companies that we have ever experienced. We received a phone call the morning of our appointment to indicate the time to expect our carpet cleaner, Elmer. When Elmer arrived he was very courteous and friendly. He cleaned our carpet and after it was done we reviewed his work. We found some tough stains and Elmer went over them again. He did a great job! My wife arrived home and Elmer was very courteous to ask her if the cleaning met her approval. Our carpet has never looked cleaner! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you! i would recommend this to anyone i have had a carpet that was neglected over time and my wife and i decided to have carpet dryclean come and see if they could clean it. i explained my situation to them and they said they would come out no purchase or responsibilty on my part do a spot test see if i was please, and let me tell you i was very pleased. Carpet came out better then expected and we decided it didn't need to be replaced. They got out years of stains and smells. To top it all off it was ready to walk on as soon as he got done...no need to wait for it to dry\r \r Pros: everything was as stated. no suprises. i like that more

I chose Carpet Dryclean based on other reviews here on CitySearch. Good choice. Scheduling was quick and easy. When the serviceman arrived, he soon called for ""backup,"" as it was a big job. As each of the three additional men entered my home, they all introduced themselves to me. I was given a cost estimate up front, and work proceeded in a very professional manner for several hours. They worked hard! They all individually said goodbye as they left, telling me who was left and how long they would be. While I had a problem with a difficult stain on a white sofa, they came back promptly the next day and worked diligently to improve it, offering me whatever ""settlement"" I wanted. I declined, as I was impressed that they had done everything possible. All pet stains came out in the carpets, and my oriental rug is noticably brighter. They left me with a no-expiration coupon good for a discount on my next cleaning -- and I will be inviting them back next year. Highly recommended. Pros: Very nice to deal with, hard working, great job more

They did an excellent job, and they even arrived earlier than our appointment was scheduled. The price was a little more than regular carpet cleaning but it is so much better. It got out some of our really tough stains and it was dry afterwards. I will definitely use them again! more

carpet drycleaning 8/8/2006

superb job. and me (and my dog) could walk on the carpet immediately, so no down time. i was also able to stay in my house whle the job was being done, too. the only down side was that i had to air out my house for several hours, so i wish i had the job done on a cooler day. it might be a bit more costly than conventional carpet cleaning, but it was well worth the extra money. i hghly recommend them. more
