Called on Monday. Lance came out on Tuesday morning. He explained the process and showed me a sample of how the process worked by doing a small section of the carpet. If I wasn't happy he said I was under no obligation. Well, carpet looked great and we had the entire upstairs done and were very satisified. I would use this service again and recommend to anyone. I had actually called this company by mistake, as I had meant to call No Rez, and am glad that I made the mistake.
