Victor came out to our new residence and did a great job. He explained how the solution worked and he and his team removed the nasty cat urine stains from a carpet in one of the bedrooms. Overall the place smells great and the carpets appear thoroughly cleaned. \r \r He gave a free sample of the carpet cleaner to use for future stains. Will definitely use them again. It really works! Victor and his crew were very professional and thorough. The process even removed a red nail polish stain from our off-white carpeting. We couldn't be more pleased. I contacted CArpet DryClean and signed up for my home carpets to be cleaned; an appointment that was convenient for me was scheduled and the two gentleman who performed the job were effecient, pleasant and professional. \r Overally, the cost was a bit pricey but worth the process in the end. \r The fact that the carpets were dry following the cleaning is an added bonus. Never had carpet clean experience. But i think its better then steam cleaning. My carpet never got wet so no chance of remains it wet. They garanted to remove most of stains there were only few spots but some of them did not go. It was not that expensive, comperatively fair price. more

My beautiful brand new creamy-white carpet got 2 large, dark dog diarrhea stains when my puppy became sick. I attempted to clean the stains on my own with a very good carpet cleaner. Although the product removed a lot, about 25% of the stains remained. I called Carpet Dryclean and their rep came out only a couple of days later on schedule. He even tested a spot first and asked for my approval before proceeding. I'm happy to report that my carpet is 99% spot free. I like the way they cleaned the carpet because there is no 'down-time' and the cleaners are non-toxic for my dog. I'll use use Carpet Dryclean again! Earl was able to schedule a cleaning crew for next day service! He called early on the day of the appointment to confirm everything and kept me posted about the arrival time of the team. I didn't have to sit around for hours, waiting and waiting.\r \r Victor and his cleaning crew were prompt, courteous, efficient cleaning magicians. Stains I thought couldn't be removed dissappeared, matted down microfiber fluffed, and everything smells delightful. \r \r This is the first time I've been able to stay in the house after a professional cleaning. There are no heavy chemical smells, no sopping carpets, and we can use the couches right away.\r \r I was able to purchase a bucket of the drycleaning snow and Victor gave me instructions and tips on how to use it.
