The service was dependable, flexible and on time. I originally had them scheduled to come on a Saturday, but on Thursday I realized that Friday would be better, and they showed up the next day after I called. No more soaking wet carpet cleaning! 3/14/2006

I just moved here and needed to have some carpet cleaned. I found these guys on the internet and I was impressed that it was organic and safe. I watched Eloy & Carlo show me how it worked. I had some tough stains and it was a miracle! My carpets look brand new and smelled nice. I received a follow up call afterwards from the owner. I would highly recommend them and always use them. When it comes to cleaning my carpet, Carpet Dryclean was not only the right company to use, but the right method as well. I searched around for carpet cleaning and decided to try Carpet Drycleaning. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They arrived on time and gave me a written total for the costs and then started cleaning the carpets. Absolutely the Best 3/12/2006

I've been cleaning my own carpet for three years. But, I never felt that I did a good job. I received a referral card from a neighbor that described a ""dry cleaning"" process. No wet carpets and no moisture build up in the house and on the inside of the windows. So, I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a call from the technician letting me know they would arrive in thirty minutes. I met the nicest couple at my fromt door. Very professional, courteous and full of manners. Within two hours, which is the time I was told it would take for my space, they were done. They left absolutely no mess or debris in my house and my house smelled great. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely. Do I feel they do a good job? Absolutely. Will I use them again? Absolutely. I used Carpet Dryclean for the first time and my experience was great. They were punctual, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Overall a good company 3/10/2006

I was very happy with the way my carpets turned out. Having 2 young kids and a dog I was worried that the stains would be there forever. When they were finished the carpets looked brand new! The servicemen were very courteous and friendly. They were very prompt and worked hard. They were very courteous while in my home. I liked that the technician took the time to explain the process before beginning. The carpets were ready to use as soon as they were done, and have continued to get brighter with vacuuming. My Carpets Look NEW! 3/5/2006

There are many reasons why I have become a repeat customer. 1. Quotes are accurate against actual charges, each time. 2. They have come on time, each time. 3. They get the job done quickly 4. The carpets are DRY when they leave and are CLEAN. 5. The carpets look new and ""fluffy"" 6. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. 7. My old couches look 110% better. I shopped around both times I had my carpets clean and even with the coupons, etc., Carpet Dryclean is very competetive. I also believe that you get a better clean for your money than with traditional steam cleaning. I've had steam cleaning done at other homes and spots and stains come back. They have not come back w/ Carpet DryClean. I'm very impressed to see my carpet looking new again after two infants tore it up!! Pros: Competative Pricing, Superb Cleaning, On Time Service more

Two gentlemen showed up on time to clean the downstairs carpets and staircase. They did a very thorough job, removed stains that had been there and left carpets looking much newer. They were extremely friendly but professional. I will use them again definitely! I needed them to come on Monday and I had called on a Friday and they were able to accomodate this with no problem. Exceeded My Expectations! 2/26/2006

I've had our carpets cleaned by many different companies, and this one - hand's down - did the best job. Between the dog, us, and a kid, we have many heavily soiled path areas through our family room. They did a phenomenal job and our carpet is at least 5 shades lighter than it used to be! The upstairs carpet is 10 years old and looks brand new. They showed up on time, even called to let me know they were on the way, and took great care to attend to the details.
