I've been cleaning my own carpet for three years. But, I never felt that I did a good job. I received a referral card from a neighbor that described a ""dry cleaning"" process. No wet carpets and no moisture build up in the house and on the inside of the windows. So, I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a call from the technician letting me know they would arrive in thirty minutes. I met the nicest couple at my fromt door. Very professional, courteous and full of manners. Within two hours, which is the time I was told it would take for my space, they were done. They left absolutely no mess or debris in my house and my house smelled great. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely. Do I feel they do a good job? Absolutely. Will I use them again? Absolutely.
