I've had our carpets cleaned by many different companies, and this one - hand's down - did the best job. Between the dog, us, and a kid, we have many heavily soiled path areas through our family room. They did a phenomenal job and our carpet is at least 5 shades lighter than it used to be! The upstairs carpet is 10 years old and looks brand new. They showed up on time, even called to let me know they were on the way, and took great care to attend to the details. Polite, friendly, hard-working. The best!!
