My beautiful brand new creamy-white carpet got 2 large, dark dog diarrhea stains when my puppy became sick. I attempted to clean the stains on my own with a very good carpet cleaner. Although the product removed a lot, about 25% of the stains remained. I called Carpet Dryclean and their rep came out only a couple of days later on schedule. He even tested a spot first and asked for my approval before proceeding. I'm happy to report that my carpet is 99% spot free. I like the way they cleaned the carpet because there is no 'down-time' and the cleaners are non-toxic for my dog. I'll use use Carpet Dryclean again!
Pros: Removed Dark Stains on White Carpet
Cons: More Pricey than Traditional Steam-Cleaning
