With three dogs, two cats and a toddler, my carpets and couches were is sad shape. \r

I called Carpet Dryclean and spoke with Earl Laughinghouse. Earl was able to schedule a cleaning crew for next day service! He called early on the day of the appointment to confirm everything and kept me posted about the arrival time of the team. I didn't have to sit around for hours, waiting and waiting.\r

Victor and his cleaning crew were prompt, courteous, efficient cleaning magicians. Stains I thought couldn't be removed dissappeared, matted down microfiber fluffed, and everything smells delightful. \r

This is the first time I've been able to stay in the house after a professional cleaning. There are no heavy chemical smells, no sopping carpets, and we can use the couches right away.\r

I was able to purchase a bucket of the drycleaning snow and Victor gave me instructions and tips on how to use it. And check this out - the next time Carpet Dryclean comes to clean the carpets (and there will be a next time) - it will be refilled at no charge.\r
