Very professional business. The estimate meeting was very thorough and they gave a demonstration of their service. They explained exactly what happens and then measured the house for the estimate. The cleaners were very professional and had our house done in about 2 hours. The carpets look great and feel very clean. No having to wait for them to dry afterward. After the cleaning they walked us through the house to make sure that everything looked good and that we were satisfied. Then, later in the day, they called back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Very thorough and professional company that made the carpet cleaning process easy and painless. Carpet Dryclean does a great job, gets out spots and stains, great customer service, appointment times are keep and easily scheduled. I have been using them since 2001 and they have been consistently good over the years. They are a bit more expensive than steam cleaning, but worth the price not to have drying times and the process is a lot more effective than other methods. \r \r A bonus is the nice fresh, but not overpowering, clean let behind filling the entire house...and this comes from a household with allergies.\r \r Happy Cleaning! Carlo did a wonderful job with our carpet. We have two small dogs that aren't completely potty trained. He did a great job on the spots and was very thorough in cleaning our rooms and the stairway. He's also cleaned the carpet in my office and did a great job. I highly recomend this company. Carpet dry cleaning is much better than your typical steam cleaning. We've had both types done on our carpets & we will not go back to steam cleaning. I am an expert in the business of design. A clean carpet makes a statement about a person's home and how dedicated they are to maintaining it's appearance. Carpet Clean came in and cleaned 3 rooms of my home in about an hour and a half. It was amazing how the stains just disappeared and I have an 8 year old, so that speaks volumes. They were polite and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their service. I didn't feel like a number on their clipboard which means I will definitely be calling them for repeat business. His last words to me as he shook my hand was, ""Remember if you aren't completely satisfied, call me and I will come back to make it right!"" I was skeptical at first of dry cleaning carpet. After reading several positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Wow, I was VERY impressed. Carlo showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. He payed special attention to pet stains and odors and even came back to make sure pet odors were eliminated. Called Carpet DryClean because we ended up with a Crystal Light (red, of course) stain in the middle of the light beige living room carpet and on the wool entry rug. I've always used Stanley Steemer in the past, but had Friday evening guests coming, and didn't have time to wait for it to dry. Figured I'd give it a shot. \r \r Apparently, Crystal Light (and KoolAid) is a dye - which Carpet DryClean warned me when I called. The color was only on the top 1/3 of the fibers, and I wasn't able to get ANY of the stain out myself. \r \r Long story short, they came -- at a convenient time for ME (wow!) and did their best. They did 3 rooms -- LR, FR & MBR -- and they all looked really good & fresh. The stain? Lighter, and much less noticeable. A light pink now rather than a neon red. Only a slight change in the wool rug stain, but at least it blends with the flowers (and they didn't charge me for working on that stain). I truly didn't expect much change, so I was pleasantly suprised.\r \r Guess I'll be putting hardwoods in the living room, but now I can at least wait for a while... :-) Pros: No wait for dry time. Not only are the men the friendlist and polite, my carpets look brand new! Carlo came on time with a smile. Always well recieved in the service world. I had three rooms cleaned along with the staircase. The best part of this service, because it is dry cleaning, you can walk on the rug right away after service, no waiting necessary. i wasn't sure about dry cleaning the carpet, but it works ok. costs more than steam cleaning, and the results are really not any better than steam cleaning EXCEPT it was dry when they were done (which was really nice). \r \r the cleaner did very well removing dirt from the high-traffic areas and random spots on the carpet (soda, food stains, etc). \r \r i do not think the cleaner did very well at removing pet (urine) odors. they recommended using a enzyme cleaner (such as nature's miracle which we already use) in combination with their powder (which we may try) on any old-smelly spots. \r \r the office staff was very courteous and definitely wanted to ensure my satisfaction. overall the carpet looks great (but not new). i would consider using them again. Being in the restaurant business, my time is valuable to me. Carpet Dryclean gave me my available time - on my day off. Miguel and his partner arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule for the appointment and explained the process to me. It took them about 11/2 hours to complete 3 rooms and a hallway leaving the carpet dry and cleaner than I've seen it in a while. Having used the Rug Doctor and all the other cleaning treatments that took me all day to complete I was very impressed that they finished in such a short time and left everything just as it was when they arrived. A neighbor referred me to Carpet Dryclean, and I'm so glad she did. Bernie and his wife worked so hard...I rarely see anyone in the service industry pour so much hard work and sweat into a single job. They were considerate, personable, kind, and thorough. And my carpet and furniture look better than I thought they could. I was seriously considering replacing the carpet, because Stanley Steamer couldn't get the spots and stains out...in fact, they damaged my carpet and I had to pay to have it re-stretched after they visited. Carpet Dryclean, though, did a wonderful job. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat...and would recommend them to anyone! The staff who came to clean the carpet was pleasant and did a thorough job. They did a great job on removing the stains from the carpet.
