I chose Carpet Dryclean based on other reviews here on CitySearch. Good choice. Scheduling was quick and easy. When the serviceman arrived, he soon called for ""backup,"" as it was a big job. As each of the three additional men entered my home, they all introduced themselves to me. I was given a cost estimate up front, and work proceeded in a very professional manner for several hours. They worked hard! They all individually said goodbye as they left, telling me who was left and how long they would be. While I had a problem with a difficult stain on a white sofa, they came back promptly the next day and worked diligently to improve it, offering me whatever ""settlement"" I wanted. I declined, as I was impressed that they had done everything possible. All pet stains came out in the carpets, and my oriental rug is noticably brighter. They left me with a no-expiration coupon good for a discount on my next cleaning -- and I will be inviting them back next year. Highly recommended.
