I had an appt lined up with another local (chain) dry carpet cleaners- but I saw the reviews for Carpet DryClean- when I spoke to Earl, he provided all the information I needed and I cancelled with the other firm. the pricing estimate over the phopne was dead on! I was hoping the stains on our cream carpet, from our 2 dogs, would be improved but ever single spot was removed- The customer service, attitdue and professionalism of the crew that arrived was extraordinary- something we all want but rarely see these days- They even left us with some carpet cleaner for us to use. Our carpet looks brand new, but should we need any future touch ups, we will be calling them!
