I used Carpet Dryclean for the first time today and was most pleased with their professionalism. Customer service was excellent. They called before arriving, provided information on their cleaning methods, and followed up later in the day to confirm customer satisfaction. The technician was efficient and pleasant. My carpet is very clean--even a few pet stains disappeared--and I will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.
