Though our carpet is only 2 years old, we have 4 children, so the carpet gets a LOT of use! The gentleman were VERY polite and efficient, did an excellent job, and were on time and out when they said they woud be. The aroma was initially very strong, but pleasant--I just opened a few windows for about an hour and that fixed it. I love the fact that the carpet is dry within 20 minutes so I didn't have to worry about keeping the family off of it. The carpet fibers and nice and refreshed and the whole smells fresh again instead of like dirty socks from kids' sweaty feet. While their prices are a bit high, they are well worth it!
Pros: on time, dries quickly, smells good
