Carpet Dryclean, Inc. did a very good job of cleaning the berber carpet in my sun run, as well as the regular carpet in my hallways. The high traffic areas were soiled and spotted, and the two technicians used extra care in cleaning these spots. The carpet looked 70% better, which is saying a lot considering the carpet in both areas is 10 1/2 years old! The technicians were friendly and gave a demo and cost estimate up front to help me decide if I wanted them to do the job. Also, I liked the products used, which eliminated the use of water and steam on the carpet. All around, I received good customer service!
Pros: No water on carpet. Can walk on cleaned carpet right away.
