Today I had my carpet cleaned by two very nice gentlemen from Carpet DryClean. Their names were Elmer and Gabriel. They were right on time, very polite, courteous and FAST!! Due to the product they used, my whole house smells fresh and clean!! If you would like to have your carpet cleaned and not have it be damp afterwards, then be sure to call Carpet DryClean and request Elmer and Gabriel to come clean your carpet, they will do a GREAT job!! Carlo and Sam arrived on time and as scheduled. I thought they were coming just to give an estimate but arrived at the door ready to clean...as you may guess, they stayed the morning to do the job. After showing me a sample of what they could accomplish, and for the fair quote they gave me, I was sold on their services - I am very glad they sold me. Carlo and Sam did a wonderful job on our carpets, I can't believe the different, and not to mention, the inviting smell that you get when you walk in the door. Having clean, disinfected carpets makes a work of difference. I am very satisfied and will be sure to contact them again in the future for their services. Service was performed as scheduled and completed in approximately 90 minutes - minimizing any inconvenience or disruptions. Our carpets are two years old and we decided it was about time to have them professionally cleaned. The wesite was very informative and made some valid points about traditional methods. We did have to open the windows to relieve the citrus smell from the cleaning agent. Both my wife an I had a light persistent cough for a few hours after the carpets were cleaned. \r We could see a marked improvement in 90% of the areas with the exception of a ""track"" from the entrance to our bedroom to the bathroom - did not come clean like the rest of the areas. I ended up going over that area myself with the product we purchased from the Carpet DryClean - good results.\r Pros: Scheduling and candid communication - no BS. Cons: Value more

Carpet Dryclean was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law and this was the second time I have used them. Today's cleaning was a tough job - multiple juice spills from a summer of looking after the grandkids plus the usual grime brought in by the dog. I must say that the results far exceeded my expectations and I love the fact that you can walk on the carpet and put everything back in place right away. No harsh chemicals, no wet carpet smells or no humid air. Team leader Miguel was very courteous and considerate and definitely out to please his customers. Great job! Carpet Dryclean is an A+ organization. They use a dry method of cleaning your carpets that is organic and does not have a strong odor. I love the fact that I can walk on my carpets right after they clean! I know it is safe for my kids, and it eliminates the wet floors that seem to last forever when you use steam cleaning. The staff is very friendly and courteous and works around your schedule. I will be using them again! more

This is the second time I've had Carpet Dryclean to clean the carpet in our home. These are some hardworking people! They arrive on time, get right to work, and have a wonderful demeanor. Carpet Dryclean did a fantastic job on an extremely hard to clean carpet. We considered having a clean carpet impossible due to pet stains which had accumulated over time. Miguel's team was very professional and worked very hard to do a superb job!! We are extremely satisfied with how clean and fresh our carpet feels and smells! The stains are gone and so is the smell. This was a full staff on board, three guys working hard to get results. Nice as they could be, and really seemed passionate about doing their job well. Firstly, my carpets look much better now, so they did what they came to do. I also am looking forward to trying out the dry cleaning product to see if it helps some upholstery I have. They do offer an incentive for reviews on Citysearch, as I saw in another ad, but they feel confident enough in their services to ask people to do this. A little pricier than your bargain/coupon wet steam cleaning operation, but worth the service and results. They are also dedicated to getting your repeat business and your word-of-mouth contributions to their advertising. Well run and will definitely use again. Elmer and his helper came in and did an excellent job. They moved everything we asked them to, were professional and efficient, and the carpet looks great! Carpet Dryclean is the only carpet drycleaning service we've used, but drycleaning beats steam cleaning. The carpets look great for a longer period without the excessive wear and tear on the carpet pad and no drying time. Our contractor, Miguel and his helper, Jesse, made the extra effort to get out tough stains (including red wine) that I didn't think we're going to budge. They were professional, efficient and thorough. Highly recommended! Pros: Great product, friendly and professional service, great value. Cons: None. more

Carpet Dry Clean did a super job at my house. Our 15 year old carpet actually looks new. I didn't think this was possible. Their method of cleaning is very smart. There is no drying out period, almost all if not all stains/spots are removed and the end product looks great!! I highly recommend them! Pros: great spot remover, no dry time more

OK - first off, I'm savvy to viral marketing and I was cautious as to why this co. had so many positive reviews - self written? When looking for a few companies to call for quotes I came across these reviews. Well, they offer a $10 rebate to write a review here on CitySearch with a printed card w/ instructions - and that explains it. The review doesn't have to be good to get the rebate. That said - my impression of the results was ""good"" - not really any better or worse than any other cleaning service I've used. I've used chem dry and they were more expensive and the results were about the same. The carpets look good and the bad stains came out. Here's the big difference - Miguel Polo and his helper were AWESOME! Went over the bad areas twice and were just generally great people. They explained the process and sold me a tub of the ""dryclean sponge"" product they use = $20 wich isn't that bad compared to Resolve which I've used and actually bleached the carpet because I used too much. I also got a good deal because they had a slow day. I was calling quite a few places for quotes (9/17, 8:45AM) and most of them didn't answer their phones, so I made a decision to use them instead of waiting for the othe quotes. They came out 2 hours later and did the job on my 2 rooms. I am very happy with my choice. Pros: Excellent Technicians, great value Cons: none, really more

Wow! I'm very please and happy with the service. The price charge is a bargain for the full service offered. The staff is very professional. The thing I like the most about the service is that there is no drying time after the cleaning. I'm not hesitate to recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning need. more
