This was a full staff on board, three guys working hard to get results. Nice as they could be, and really seemed passionate about doing their job well. Firstly, my carpets look much better now, so they did what they came to do. I also am looking forward to trying out the dry cleaning product to see if it helps some upholstery I have. They do offer an incentive for reviews on Citysearch, as I saw in another ad, but they feel confident enough in their services to ask people to do this. A little pricier than your bargain/coupon wet steam cleaning operation, but worth the service and results. They are also dedicated to getting your repeat business and your word-of-mouth contributions to their advertising. Well run and will definitely use again.
