they came in and cleaned a staircase that has seen better days!!!! it is like brand new again. the only thing i noticed was the residue on my tile floors and the dust that came off on everything around...i suggest vacuuming everyday for a few days afterward. especially if you have children. We have used Carpet Dryclean 4-5 times in the past few years and they have always done a great job. We have two labs that can be a leave lots of hair and some dirt behind and they seem to get it all out everytime. Pros: They do a great job of getting dog smell and dirt out of the carpet more

While searching for a new carpet cleaner, I noticed that I had saved a recommendation postcard from a neighbor recommending Carpet Dryclean, Inc. I called the company and they explained how their pricing works and how they clean carpets versus other methods. I was very impressed with the professionalism and booked them right away. The very next Saturday, two men showed up at 9 a.m. and showed me an example of what they will do to the carpets. I even had some tough stains that they treated with extra time and attention until we were all satisfied with the results. The carpet was left a lot cleaner and better looking after they were done. And the best part for me was that the carpets were not wet and could be walked on right away. I am confident that I will use Carpet Dryclean again in the near future. Pros: Dry, clean carpets more

Upon calling Carpet Dryclean, I was quickly quoted and given a brief explanation of their services. They also quickly fit into their schedule at a time that was convienent for me. Carpet Dryclean arriveed 15 minutes early, and quickly greeted me. They immediately surveyed the carpet, took measurements, and began unloading all with friendly demeanor. Both employees were kind, excellent workers, and respected my home and my animals. Additionally, they offered tips on how to better maintain carpets and vaccuums. I was impressed that I was not pressured to purchase any service I did not need or want. Their were no hidden costs and I felt the price was more than adequate for the job done. I would reccomend Carpet Dryclean to anyone. My carpets smell fresh and look amazing in a house with one dog, and two cats. Thank you. From the first phone contact to the arrival of the cleaners it was smooth professional and punctual. The owner, Earl said the cleaners would arrrive at my house between 9 and 9:30am and they were at my front door at 9:05am. I received a morning phone call to confirm the time and a follow up phone call asking about the service. My carpets are over 10years old and never been cleaned. This is the 3rd time using Carpet Dryclean and I continue to love this service. I just got my house cleaned yesterday. I still have my cat and of course she made a mess again on the carpet. I ran out of their cleaner to clean up her mess so I decided to go ahead and get the whole house cleaned and get the bucket refilled. They will refill your bucket for free. I love this. That cleaner of theirs is like magic. I can't say enough how happy I am. You guys are the best. Keep up the great job! I usually steam clean my carpets. I was desperate to have them clean. Elmer and Cheeto were on time, professional, and worked extermely hard. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone that has pet stains on their carpet. They are expensive but truly worth it. I am a perfectionist and I am extremely pleased. more

I read the reviews and wasn't sure what to think with so many good reviews. I honestly thougt they wrote most of the reviews. \r \r Well Im glad I had them come out. I had 4 rooms done, plus my stairs and hall. My family room and office were trashed to the point where I really didnt expect them to be very clean. Miguel Polo and his helper blew me away with the time and effort they put into my house. I would say that they got out 99% of the dirt and grime from those 2 rooms, and the rest of my house was done perfectly. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. Miguel even said that he didnt know how clean he could get my office (the worst room in the house), but he would give it all he could. My carpets were left fluffy, cleanier than I could of ever hoped. They do cost more than others, but I would gladly pay it all over due to the results. \r \r I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are like me and dont know what to think due to sooooo many positive reviews, my advice to you is just have them come out and do one room. You will have them clean your whole house. This was our first time trying out Carpet Drycleaning. Miguel Polo's crew arrived on time ( actually a bit early) and did a great job cleaning. Very professional crew and their product really works. I wanted to take the time to follow up from your technicians visit to my home to clean my carpets. Jairo Cruz came with a helper Gairo and together they did a most excellent job. They introduced themselves, and explained exactly how things would be done. They were very professional and courteous, and clearly communicated the process to me. I was very pleased with the results, especially since there was no drying time and I could walk on the rugs right away. I'll recommend you to all my friends. Migeul Polo was very professional and kind. I felt comfortable with Miguel and his assistant in the house. As for the carpet it looks like new. We are very happy with the result and we also bought the extra powder so that we can maintain this level of cleanliness between cleanings. This did not take very long and the oder from the powder was not overpowering. I will be using Carper Drycleaners in the future. more

I have never used a carpet cleaning service that did not use steam cleaning. So I was curious to see how it worked. Jairo C. and Yakelin, from Carpet Dryclean, were polite and professional. Jairo came in and introdued himself and Yakelin. He then asked what areas were to be serviced. They went and measured the areas to be cleaned calculate the fee. Stairs were an additional fee. Jairo then asked if I wanted a sample area cleaned to see how their carpet cleaning worked. I said yes and he then sprinlked the carpet with a white powder and brushed into the carpet. Where there was a stain he spritzed water on it and removed the stain with the cleaner and the brush, then vaccumed up the remaining residue. What you are left with is a clean carpet ready to use in thirty minutes to an hour. Which is great when you have little ones running around. I would definitely recommend them.
