Best carpet cleaning product and service around!!!! 6/11/2008

My husband had been maintaining our carpets with wet extraction cleaning device. Although he got the carpets clean, it seemed to get dirty even quicker, and the cleanings became more frequent (about every 2 months). Not only that, we had to wait for hours, sometime even a full day to walk on the carpet. We have 2 small children and I wanted a cleaning product that was non toxic. I looke in the hone book under cleaning companies and saw Carpet dry clean add. I was able to get an appt the next day a get this.... They called me and asked if they could possibly come earlier. Every service I have ever waited for has always been late. Maroln and Carlo were friendly, knowledgeable and the price was extremely reasonable. I do have to say that the smell is very strong initially but dissapates fairley quickly with good ventilation. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a carpet. Carpet Dryclean's Carlo and Marlon did a great job on my house. They showed up on time, were very professional and polite, explained their crazy sponge stuff to me and got to work. My carpet looks tons better (it's not perfect, but NOTHING could make it perfect save maybe voodoo, after two years with a dog with a sensitive stomach). It really looks a lot better, and smells great too. Maybe cost more, but it's worth it for the speed and service. They moved all the furniture and everything, no problem. I'm really impressed and will totally use them again! Cons: Fast, polite, did a great job more

Great customer service, clean carpets 6/10/2008

We just had our school classroom carpets cleaned by Miguel Polo and Jesse. They came on time and were extremely professional and accomodating. Miguel was more than willing to go over a spot we thought could be cleaner, and they did not leave until we were satsified. The carpets look wonderful, and smell so fresh and clean. I am selling my nine year old house and did not want to replace the carpet. There were defininitely spots and stains in every room. I had used store bought ""dry clean"" carpet cleaners, so I was familiar with the difference between dry clean and the traditional wet method of cleaning carpet. However, I was even more impressed with the product Miquel and Jesse brought with them to do the job. The carpet now looks like new and I paid less for it than their initial estimate. I am sold! Best carpet service ...truly a gem. 6/6/2008

I was looking for a carpet service that was truly dry and found it in Carpet Dry Clean. I have allergies and fear of mold...Carpet DryClean was the perfect solution for me. Courteous, thorough, and knowledgable describe Carlo, Allen and Marlon. We had moved everything pretty much off of furniture and bookshelves so there wasn't a lot of time spent on moving or rearranging furniture, just small pieces but these guys still spent two hours cleaning every inch. Their estimate was accurate, all the stains are gone and my nose is already feeling better.\r \r Please be aware though that they do not move heavy bureaus or beds due to liability reasons but they do not count the square footage of those areas either. I had calculated ahead of time and their estimate matched mine so I was good with that.\r \r Looking forward to using these guys again. Thanks. Best Carpet Cleaners as well as customer Service!!!! 6/4/2008

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Carpet DryClean. They did a wonderful job and Miguel was very friendly and professional. He gave me the price before starting the job, which was almost exact to the quote I received initially. He explained how dry cleaning was different and more effective than the leading competitors who use water. He removed spots in which I was told by other companies would never come out. I was totally amazed! For nearly a year I had been considering replacing my carpet, because of the spots and dirt, I thought it was my only choice. My carpet was left hard and rough feeling after having it steamed cleaned. After having it dry cleaned, it's soft and feels better than new. (My friends paid me a visit shortly after the cleaning and were surprised when I told them, I used carpet dryclean). Great Carpet Cleaning Service! 6/2/2008

I had my carpets cleaned today by Carpet DryClean. They did a great job and the staff was very professional. They were on time and went through the house and gave me a price before the job was started and also because it was my first time using them they cleaned a heavy traffic area to show me the process and how good it cleans. I have a dog and a 21 month old so the carpets didn't look that great before they came, but after they were finished they looked brand new. They cleaned our entire house in a little over 2 hours and when they were finished they made sure I was satisfied with the job. Last year I had my carpet cleaned by another company and they did not do as good of a job as Carpet DryClean! I will definitely use them again for my carpet cleaning needs! Pros: No drying time with this carpet cleaning more

Carpet Dryclean 5/30/2008

Carpet Dryclean provided fantastic service. Miguel and Polo arrived and introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and completed my entire home in a little over two hours. All of the stains I had in my carpet were removed with the dry cleaning process. The carpets do not require any drying time so you can walk on them immediately. Polo walked me through the house when the cleaning was complete to ensure that I didn't see any spots that were missed. Very courteous and thorough service. I would highly recommend the service. more

Good Company 5/26/2008

I had a mishap with a strawberry smoothie on my off white carpet. They were able to come out the same day and remove the stain from my carpet. They called to let me know when they would arrive and were perfectly on time. I was very happy with the service provided by Elmer. There is a small area where the stain was that is slightly lighter than the rest of the carpet. It seems to only be visible in bright light. Not sure why this happened, but would much rather have this than a giant pink stain in the middle of the room. Pros: Professinal and courteous staff Cons: 3 in x18 in strip of carpet lighter than the rest. more

Excellent Cleaning Job 5/22/2008

Not only did Carpet Dryclean do an excellent job cleaning our rugs, they were a pleasure to work with. Prior to coming to our home, they called to confirm the appointment and were prompt in their arrival time. Miguel Polo was very thorough in his explanation of the process Carpet Dryclean uses in cleaning the rugs. He and his worker were diligent in their work and courteous in any interaction they had with us. We would absolutely consider using their service at a later date. = more
