Carpet Dryclean is AWESOME 8/6/2008

This was the first time we'd ever tried carpet dry cleaning and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The carpet looks like new again. Carlo and Marlon were on time, so friendly and very knowledgeable. We had them clean the ?high-traffic? areas of our house and it was amazing to see how the ?sponger cleaner? pulled the dirt to the surface of the carpet. When we did the ""walk-thru"" upon their arrival to talk about the areas we wanted cleaned, Carlo told us that he would pay special attention to area outside our laundry room, which is where we keep the cats' litter box. (This was very much appreciated given our cats talent in litter tracking.) These guys worked hard and did a great job. The best part (besides the price) was that we (and the cats) could walk on the carpet as soon as they were done! We are very pleased and will call them back again. I?ve already recommended them to a friend who also has two cats! Pros: On time, good price (under estimate), excellent outcome! Cons: None... more

Carlo and Marlon did all the carpets in my house and they did a great job. They were very nice and explained everything extensively. They also worked hard and didn't waste time. We are very pleased and will call them back again. more

Very good service: the carpet cleaners showed up on time, worked hard, and got excellent results on our very dirty, and very light-colored carpet. We will definitely use again (and we will need to with 3 kids!) more

I recently had a wonderful experience with CARPET DRYCLEAN services - Ramon and Ernest did a fabulous job - arrived on the appointed time, explained the process, answered any questions I had and cleaned up afterwards. And were polite and courteous to boot!! And the charges were certainly reasonable. I will recommend CARPET DRYCLEAN to all my friends!! \r more

First time I had this four year old carpet cleaned, I had tried keeping it clean and my cleaning wasn't working. The Carpet Dryclean service was explained and demonstrated to me, quick job, only two hours, no mess and no stress. Pros: Quick and it worked more

Carlo and Marlon arrived as scheduled which is important to me. Both were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of their job. They explained and demonstrated the cleaning process to me and patiently answered all of my questions prior to their staring the job. And most importantly, Carlo and Marlon did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely recommend this firm, this crew, and the dry clean process to anyone desiring clean, clen smelling, and soft carpets without the use of water. Fast clean carpets with no water to dry 7/29/2008

Miguel Polo & his partner were early, fast, respectful, thorough & efficient. This was the 2nd time we had used Carpet Dryclean and now I remember why. We will use them next time too. It was really nice to be able to walk on the the carpets the minute they were finished. I wish all home services were so easy and results as good. Pros: all the above Cons: cannot think of any more

Super Service Sensational Results 7/28/2008

Jully 28, 2008\r \r I am very pleased with the results from Carpet Dryclean, Inc. Terry was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained the process, demonstrated the process and asked if I had any questions. Terry took time and moved through each room efficiently. One bedroom was stained due to my grandcat, Louie. He noted that part of the 'odor' problem was due to the bedding. Terry worked hard to get that room deoderized and cleaned. He deoderized/disenfected the bed, as well. I had a 21 year old sectional sofa drycleaned also and I am very satisfied with the results. Terry took time to explain/write directions for utilizing the dryclean compound I purchased for cleaning until I call Carpet Dryclean, Inc. again for continued carpet cleaning service. Professional service 7/28/2008

Carpet Dryclean gave me prompt, professional service and impressed me by removing a tea stain that had been in the carpet for 12 months! Miguel and Jon finished the job so efficiently they completed the job well within the 2 hour time slot they'd allowed. Thank you! Pros: clean carpets Cons: not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for more

Terry did an incredible job on the carpets. We have 3 pets and I have never had results like I had with this service. I recommend Carpet Dryclean over any Carpet Cleaner that I have used in the past 6 years. Pros: My carpets have never been cleaner. more

Best Service You Can Find! 7/25/2008

I just had my home carpet cleaned by Terry with Carpet Dryclean. When he left the carpet looked like new and was just as dry as it was when he showed up. He was quick, thorough, and explained the cleaning system to me before he started. They also make sure you are happy with the results of a test area before they start. I highly recommend these folks, especially Terry, for carpet cleaning work you need to get done!!\r Pros: Quick and professional. Carpet cleaned up great!!! more

Great customer service 7/25/2008

Carpet Dryclean is an excellent choice for carpet cleaning. My appointment was on a Tuesday and I received a reminder call before the weekend and early on the morning of the appointment. I appreciate this because it's easy to forget an appointment. I was given a 30 minute time frame for their arrival and they were prompt. Joe and Gabrle did a great job cleaning our carpet. I also appreciate their friendliness and explanations of what they were doing. I'll certainly ask for them again. more

Joe and Gabriel did a great job.... 7/23/2008

Joe and Gabriel were very polite and friendly. They had a Herculean job of trying to clean a carpet that had been covered for ten years by a rug. They went over the area three times to get it as clean as possible. I know it could not have been perfectly cleaned but I feel they did as good a job as possible. Joe made a point of going over the carpet on his hands...trying his best to get the stain out. Gabriel was very methodical about going over the carpet and cleaning up all the mess. They both pointed out how very dirty the carpet was - which made it even more difficult to get the two areas perfectly matched. Both men struck me as good, kind and professional. Thanks so much!!
