I am very pleased with the results from Carpet Dryclean, Inc. Terry was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained the process, demonstrated the process and asked if I had any questions. Terry took time and moved through each room efficiently. One bedroom was stained due to my grandcat, Louie. He noted that part of the 'odor' problem was due to the bedding. Terry worked hard to get that room deoderized and cleaned. He deoderized/disenfected the bed, as well. I had a 21 year old sectional sofa drycleaned also and I am very satisfied with the results. Terry took time to explain/write directions for utilizing the dryclean compound I purchased for cleaning until I call Carpet Dryclean, Inc. again for continued carpet cleaning service. The service was excellent and I am extremely satisfied!!! cheryl
