Great Company! Very polite and professional. Loved being able to walk on my very clean carpets immediately with no drying time. Will use them again. Quickest servce on the planet. 4/17/2008

I read about this company on Angieslist. They reaceived an A rating for everyone who wrote in. I see this site concurs. The best thing about thisgroup was response time. You know how it is when you finally decide to get the carpet clean. You want it cleaned now. Unfortunately, other companies can take days to respond. They called me back immediately and had Miguel at my door in 21 hours! What a great guy. He is conversant and takes pride in what he does. His assistant was nice but quiet. They were so nice to my dogs!\r My carpet was a disaster due to taking in a severly abused pug dog and another pug dog who got sick and died. Well, I couldn't be happier with my carpet. It is a relief to see it so clean. I can even put my stuff back on it immediately. I shall call them again. I shall ask for Miguel and you should as well. Pros: Super fast service. Got right to work. Very kind to my dogs. Great clean! more

Clean carpet 4/16/2008

Good service when they got in they gave a quick demo of what they would be doing and went straight to work. Carlo and Marlon Joe did a wonderful job and on one particular stain he spent extra time on it. There are still a few faint spots on the carpet (which have been been there for 4 years so I am not suprised), but you have to be looking for them so I am very satisfied. Pros: On time, quick, thorough, and courteous Cons: Pricey as others have stated, but less of a hassle of a water cleaner. more

Customer service was great 4/15/2008

my carpet my out looking great. The customer service was awesome and the product was good. I like the fact that I could walk on my carpet right after it was drycleaned. I didn't have to worry about it gettting dry. Ask for Migel(he is good). Pros: They don't use water ( i think) so the carpet is not wet after the job is done Cons: The price is high ( but its worth it) more

Fantastic service and results! 4/13/2008

This is the second time I have used Carpet Drycleaning to clean my rugs, both time with great results. Both times, I received calls to notify me when they were on the way, they arrived promptly, explained everything they were going to do, and finished the job quickly and expertly. I just moved into my new place, and the couple before had a child who had spilled juice and paint on the rug. They were able to get all of the spots out. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Unbelievable job on the worst carpets! 4/9/2008

I didn't think it could be done, but it HAS been! Thanks to Carpet Dryclean and their expert, efficient and courteous workers for a job WELL DONE! Pet stains that I thought would be impossible to remove are G-O-N-E! My carpet smells fresh and looks clean. I also had my couch done. It was a thorough job at a reasonable price. I was impressed with the quality, professionalism and thouroughness of the technicians who came to clean our carpets. This was the second time we have use hem, and the results were just as good. Best Carpet Cleaning ever 4/7/2008

The last time I had my carpet cleaned, I was very dissatisfied - I just did not think they did a good job at all. Then a friend of mine recommended Carpet Dryclean and gave me a card, so when I needed my carpets cleaned again, I called them. My carpets came out looking brandnew! My whole house smelled fresh and clean, and they were very careful and professional. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone. Pros: A dry clean, not wet; completely organic; can immediately walk on carpet; soil resistent Cons: a bit high priced. more

I called for an appointment requesting a specific time and they accomodated me no questions asked. Every service tech that we've had were very friendly and courteous as well. Excellent Customer Service 4/3/2008

This is the first time writing a review for Carpet Dryclean, Inc. But this is not the first time using their service. I have to say each time has been like a first time experience. I was so totally impressed with the way my carpet looked after the fact, that I got on the phone and called a few friends to tell them about my carpet cleaning. So right then, Carpet Dryclean I know has atleast 3 more customers that will be calling for an appointment. My carpet to say the least was horrible looking and after Jose finished, my carpet looks next to brand new. I kid you not. I am very much satisfied and will be calling in another 6 months for my next appointment. Jose was excellent with his Customer Service as well as explaining the Carpet Cleaning technic. So two thumbs up to Carpet DryClean, Inc. and Jose the carpet technician. I have to say hello to Earl one of the owners, he always remembers me when I call. He says I sound like a talk show host that use to be on the air, her name is RoWanda. And last but not least, keep up the good work. \r Pros: Excellent with removing heavily soiled areas. more

Extremely professional and fast carpet cleaning service 4/3/2008

I recently used Carpet Dryclean for the first time in my townhome because my fiance and I are trying to sell it and we really wanted to deep clean our carpets. Miguel Polo and his assistant, Jesse, did a phenomenal job!! My fiance had used Carpet Dryclean for his home a few months ago and recommended them to me - I couldn't be happier with the results! Miguel and Jesse arrived right on time and explained the process to me - Miguel took the time to give me a demonstration about how their drycleaning system works. The entire process took less than two hours and I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked through the house and looked at the final results. You would never know that two dogs and a cat have lived there! (speaking of pets, Miguel assured me that the ingredients used in the drycleaning powder are organic and safe for animals and children - there is nothing toxic in the mixture). The carpets smell fresh and clean, feel soft, and look better than the day we moved in! I have a feeling that we have just started a long relationship with Carpet Dryclean! I was quite pleased with this total service. I asked for carpet cleaning when I called and received a very accurate estimate. I requested information on having my carpet stretched due to a severe wrinkle that's existed for number of years. I was contacted to verify I would still want the carpet stretched and we planned an appointment time that would be close to when the carpet was cleaned. The gentleman came to stretch my carpet and very professional. He'd only been gone about 20 minutes, maybe less, when the team arrived to clean my carpet.\r I appreciated the waterless cleaning. The cleaners were very thorough. I especially liked the fact that they took particular care to clean the area beside the baseboard. They took a brush, sprayed the area with a cleaner and scrubbed it clean.\r I will be calling Carpet Dry Clean for all my carpet cleaning and I will be recommending them to my friends and associates. Very professional and effective 3/29/2008

The employees were very professional. They measured all of the rooms, offered us an estimate, and gave a demonstration of the product before we agreed to have our carpets cleaned. Nearly all the stains on our carpets came out. We would happily use them again. My only quibble: I recommend using this service on a nice warm day when you can open the windows. The product used may be organic and non-toxic, but it does have a strong smell. Pros: Professional service, carpets immediately useable, chemicals are child-friendly Cons: Strong smell more

Best Dry Carpet Clean 3/27/2008

I am very impressed with the professionalism and the cleaning that was done on my townhome. We have a little one and their were milk stain/ juice and food stains that was embedded in the carpet. We have someone come to clean our carpet 7 months prior and the floor looked the same after drying. With Carpet Dryclean the carpet was dried clean and clean thoroughly during the process. The technicians explained each process step by step in a friendly and courteous manner. They were well educated of the company and the product. I was so impressed that I purchased the powder cleaner to use in between my bi yearly carpet cleaning. more
