This is the first time writing a review for Carpet Dryclean, Inc. But this is not the first time using their service. I have to say each time has been like a first time experience. I was so totally impressed with the way my carpet looked after the fact, that I got on the phone and called a few friends to tell them about my carpet cleaning. So right then, Carpet Dryclean I know has atleast 3 more customers that will be calling for an appointment. My carpet to say the least was horrible looking and after Jose finished, my carpet looks next to brand new. I kid you not. I am very much satisfied and will be calling in another 6 months for my next appointment. Jose was excellent with his Customer Service as well as explaining the Carpet Cleaning technic. So two thumbs up to Carpet DryClean, Inc. and Jose the carpet technician. I have to say hello to Earl one of the owners, he always remembers me when I call. He says I sound like a talk show host that use to be on the air, her name is RoWanda. And last but not least, keep up the good work. \r
Pros: Excellent with removing heavily soiled areas.
