We just had our carpets cleaned today and they look and feel fabulous. Victor and his team were very efficient and polite. This is the third time Carpet Dryclean has been to our house and every time they do a super job. The carpets are already dry and I can arrange my furniture and get everything back to normal with no wet carpets as happens with steam cleaning. They also cleaned my area rugs which say ""dry clean only"" on them. I have taken these rugs to the dry cleaners and paid a lot more to have cleaned and have to wait a week or more to get them back. I would highly recommend this company. more

We just had our carpets cleaned by Carlo and Marlon and they did a great job. We also had a couch and loveseat cleaned with amazing results. I recommend them to everyone looking for professional,courteous service with proven results! I would never go back to shampooing or steaming my carpets again. I had my carpets cleaned June 20th. by Elmer and his co-worker.\r They did a great job! I do still have a few stains in my den, but overall the carpets look good.\r I get my carpets cleaned yearly or bi- yearly. Did a good bit of research to select them. Booking an appt was easy. Gave me an estimate over the phone. Called to confirm appt a hour prior as promised. Showed up right on time. Elmer and crew were very friendly. Cleaned a sample area to show me what to expect. The guys worked hard at cleaning our large family room carpet for about 2 hours. The results surpassed my expectations. There were many bad stains from pets and even oil from a ceiling fan, but they got every stain totally clean. \r \r A couple of things to note. The smell of the cleaning process is quite strong, so it was nice to be able to open the windows while they were working. I also didn't realize that the process they use is totally dry cleaning, so the carpet was dry the minute they left (vs having to wait on a steam cleaning to dry).\r \r I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to friends. Terry was very pleasant, efficient and worked hard on the difficult areas. I have used Carpet Dryclean before and have been happy with the results. There are difficult spots that do not come out, but that is probably more a result of having very high traffic areas and the reality that we will need new carpets sooner than later. more

We had a special request of the carpet cleaner we needed. We needed 8 area rugs cleaned, rolled, and tied to ship the carpets out of state. Carpet Dryclean, Inc had no problem with my special request.. Using Carpet Dryclean, Inc. for the first time, I was quite apprehensive in having the carpets cleaned on our hard wood floors and immediately rolled for shipping, thinking they may still be damp, but with their total ""dry"" cleaning process there was no problem.\r \r Miguel Polo and assistant were the companies representatives that cleaned our carpets. They did an excellent job, very professional, polite, ""on time"", and enthusiastice workers. They also swept the under side of the carpets for me of any and all pet hair to be sure the carpets would be clean. Miguel even took a minute to remove a small old pet stain from a rug I didn't have listed to be cleaned. Miguel & assistant are outstanding workers. Before Carpet Dry Cleaning I had tried many other carpet cleaning services and was never satisfied with the results or the service. Since using Carpet Dry Cleaning I have been very satisfied with the results and the service. I recommend them to everyone that I know who needs that type of service. I was down to two companies to perform my carpet cleaning -- Carpet Dry Clean and Miracle Dry Clean. Both seemed to have decent reviews. The difference was that Miracle was quoting me all over the place. Carpet Dry Clean was nailing it down to a specific price. Anyhow -- I am happy with my choice. My carpets which are light in color have been destroyed by a dog and two kids under 5. The reults from the cleaning were great and both myslef and my hard to please significant other are very pleased with the reults! Will be using them again. You cannot compare their methods to a water based cleaning company -- theses guys are far superior!!! Pros: Very clean carpets, friendly service and no wet chemicals. Cons: A little pricey, but worth it! more

After contemplating replacing my 10 year old carpet, I took a friend's advice and hired Carpet DryClean. Wow! Dry cleaning my carpets has been the way to go. The result is amazing. I've always paid a lot for cleaning my carpets, but at least this method is quick and effective, without wet carpets for the rest of the day. The process takes about 1.5 hours. The only downside is the smell, which can be a bit overpowering. I have always had great service from this company and the folks who come and do the work are polite and professional more

The folks at Carpet Dryclean were extremely professional. From the first call, I was treated with respect and patience, as I've not used a dry cleaning carpet service. They were extremely helpful, working around my crazy moving schedule. On the day of my cleaning, a received a call almost an hour in advance, letting me know the crew was on their way to my home. Once Victor and his team arrived at my home, he noticed some stains on the living room rug, and he was up front and honest, indicating that they may not be able to remove the stains. Victor went as far as demonstrating the cleaning ability of the dry cleaning chemicals on the stain, indicating that if I wasn't happy with the result, I was welcome to cancel the appointment. I really appreciated Victor's candor and honesty, so I agreed. Well, let me just say that the result was WAY beyond my expectation - THE STAIN WAS GONE! I was so impressed with the product that I bought a bucket of the product for my own use at my new home. I fully intend to have Carpet Dryclean come to my new home when I have a need for carpet cleaning. The professionalism, the customer service (some of the best service I've received in a very long time), and the price (very reasonable - in fact, they were cheaper than the estimate I received from a very well know steam cleaning company by over $50) cannot be beat. I used Carpet Dryclean to clean our light beige carpets (entire upstairs of house and stairs) and a large, wool area rug. We have two small children and two large dogs and many small stains!!! Carlo (and helper Marlon) was very personable and explained the entire process and demonstrated the stain-removing ability of the product. I am amazed at how clean my carpets and they were dry immediately and felt silky and soft. I will continue to use Carpet Dryclean to do our carpets. EXCELLENT JOB!!!! I was very impressed with their willingness to travel to areas surrounding the triangle. I was even more impressed with their ability to just do a good and thorough job. The last time I had my carpet and upholstery cleaned, I used a national chain steam cleaner. They left pet fur along the baseboards, it took all day to dry, and my upholstery still looked worn and dirty. Although my furniture is now almost 10 years old, it looks practically brand new after Carpet Dryclean. I was especially happy with the fact that the carpet was dry and I didn't have to hide out while the work was being done or wait for it to dry. I definitely plan to use them again!
