Since moving to Cary last year, we have used Carpet Dryclean two times and each time, we were beyond pleased with their service. The first time, my cat had an accident on an expensive rug in our living room - and they came out the same day I called and made the carpet look and smell good as new. The techs were so great that I had them clean our guest room while they were here - and was very impressed with how great the carpet looked. The second time I called Carpet Dryclean b/c we were thinking about replacing our carpet upstairs but decided to see what kind of miracles Carpet Dryclean could work on it....once again, they came the same day that we called, and when they were done, we were shocked to see that the carpets looked practically brand new! We're so grateful to not have spent all that money replacing the carpets. Miguel was great! And I was highly impressed that someone from the company called to follow-up and see how good the service was. Elmer and Ramon with Carpet Dryclean did a great job on my carpet! They were prompt, friendly and offered professional suggestions to maintain my carpets between cleanings. I had some major spots from moving and the Berber carpet now looks like new. They cleaned my living room, family room high traffic area, stairs and 2 hallways in just about an hour. This was my first time with dry cleaning my rugs as opposed to the wet clean. I was very impressed. I have a cat who's left quite a few stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to remove, leaving a few bleach spots. Miguel Polo was an excellent technician. He was able to get rid of all of my stains; my carpet looks almost new. He was very professional, courteous and informative answering all my questions. He also convinced me to buy the organic dry cleaning product so I will be able to do my own spot cleaning until he returns.\r He also took away 4 Oriental rugs that I hadn't arranged for cleaning and delivered them back to me in beautiful condition. I was pleased with the response and flexibility to schedule the job during a time that was convenient to me. I got a confirmation call on the morning of service to ensure that time slot was correct. Crew arrived on time--actually was a few minutes earlier than time specified for the appointment. The technicians were courteous and explained the process along with the steps to be taken. So, our cat had started peeing on the carpet in a certain area of the living room...frustrated, I went from moving to getting hardwoods to finally settling on trying to first see if we could clean the carpet (and pad). When I found Carpet DryClean, I was encouraged by the fact that they use organic products and saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Earl and Preston, spent at least a half hour on the phone with me explaining the procedures for cat urine. I called back the next day and spent another 20 minutes on the phone and decided to book them for the following day. I used Carpet DryClean for the first time and was very impressed. Their office staff and technicians were curteous and professional. When I was concerned about a tough stain, they offered to come try to get the stain out and then stay to do the rest of the carpet if I was happy with the results. They were at my house on time and flexible about the number of rooms I wanted cleaned. The stain came out and the carpet looked very nice. I have been skeptical that stains may reappear over time, but after a week they have not. I appreciated that the process used natural cleaners and that I did not have to wait for the carpets to dry. With a dog and an infant at home, that makes a big difference. more

I have used Carpet Dryclean before and was extremely satified. This time it was just average. Terry was very friendly and answered all my questions. My main reason for getting my carpets cleaned was because of cat urine and the smell. The carpets looked great, but the smell was worse the next day after having them cleaned.\r \r When I recevied a follow up call I was told that I should have requested injections. In the past the technician did this injections, but I didn't realize they were extra. I explained my reason for wanting to get my carpet cleaned during my call to set the appointment up, but nobody recommended the injections. I also told the technician that I wanted the smell out of my carpet, but he never said anything about injections for an addtional charge. The person who did the follow up call said he would have his technician call me, but I never received a call.\r \r There were a few stains that they were unable to remove. I guess not every stain will come out. It also seems as though several stains have reappeared. It looked great after they did it, but that didn't seem to last very long. It would have been nice if someone would have called me back.\r \r I am not sure if I would use them again. My 1st two experience where great , but his one was a little dissapointing. This was a great experience for me. We are in the process of selling our home and needed our carpets restored to selling condition. We have never had our carpets cleaned and had several pet and kid stains. Dry cleaning got all of the tough stains out and left the carpet looking great.
