Great product and customer service 8/18/2008

We have had our carpets cleaned several times by Carpet Dryclean. On each occasion, the technician has been on time, professional, and the carpets have always come out looking great. After the technician leaves, the company makes a follow-up call to confirm that we are satisfied with the results. Our latest experience with Carpet Dryclean was no different. Terry arrived at our house at the scheduled time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Clearly Terry enjoys his job and is an asset to Carpet Dryclean. Professional, courteous, and ontime. Terry has cleaned several homes for me and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the carpet is clean. Best Carpet Cleaning Experience Ever 8/15/2008

Our carpets look great! Unlike some of the traditional services that leave your carpets clean only briefly, the method used by Carpet Dryclean lasts. The experience was great, the servicmen that performed the work were very friendly, and it only took a little while to do our entire downstairs. They also cleaned the carpet on our stairway which has never been cleaned before and it looks super also. I would definitely recommend this company and service. This is truly a wonderful service! Our carpet is 10 years old, yet we did not want to spend the money yet to replace it. Carpet Dryclean has saved us this replacement cost!!! It was easy to schedule an appointment convenient to our schedule. Elmer and Ramon were punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job removing both the stains and dark spots from normal traffic. The whole process took only a couple of hours, and no drying time. I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean. more

Great Customer Service 8/14/2008

They provided Excellent Customer Service from the first phone call until the service was completed. Terry, the technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if I prefer the dryclean method over steam cleaning (the carpet isn't as freshened), but I love the fact that the carpet isn't wet. Most stains were removed. Best Carpet Service in Town 8/13/2008

I called Carpet Dryclean and they were very enthusiastic about receiving my business. They were able to come out same day (roughly 1 hour after the call) and clean my soiled stairs and room areas. The staff was friendly and professional, and the owner was readily available. Great personal service and a wonderfully dry and clean carpet within the hour. Best choice for Carpet Cleaning 8/13/2008

Unlike other carpet cleaners, you do not have to wait until your carpet dries. We have a toddler and a dog and they were able to run on the carpet right after Terry the technician left.\r \r Great customer service. Terry the Technician had great knowledge of his product. This is the second time we are using them. We will be calling them in the next couple weeks to dry clean our carpets upstairs. more

I decided to call Carpet Dryclean after reading about the dry-cleaning process on the website. I called the company and Earl took time to further explain the advantages of dry-cleaning over steam cleaning. When I called back to schedule an appointment, I was able to get one the same day. Terry arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the process and was gracious enough to explain every step. I am thrilled with the results! Carpet Dryclean saved the day 8/9/2008

Carpet Dryclean saved the day!!!\r \r I recently had a tenant ""traffic jam"" at my rented condo. One tenant was slow moving out AND his roommate had brought her smelly dog to live, so the place reeked! The new tenants were practically waiting at the door! Carpet Dryclean came on short notice, on time, and thoroughly cleaned the carpets. Since moving was in process, it was crucial not to have people walking around on wet carpets. Carpet Dryclean successfully removed the dog odor from the carpets too. It all worked out in the end, and Mr. Polo from Carpet Dryclean was super helpful. THANK YOU! We had our carpets cleaned on August 8, 2008 by Terry. I have used your company over the past several years and by far, Terry has been the best technician to clean our carpet. He was very curtious and is very knowledgable with your product. He informed me that I was due a 10% discount because I am a member of your Maintenance Program. Great company to clean your carpets 8/8/2008

Miguel cleaned our carpets and they looked wonderful. We have a pet and there were some tough stains that he was able to remove. Even though they claim no drying time, areas that were pre-treated were still damp after the cleaning process. I also had them clean my upholstery which I was not completely satisfied with. I think the process works well on carpets but not on my couch. I had to vacuum the white residue off when they left and there were some stains that I had to clean on my own. But I would definitely recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned. Pros: great carpet cleaners Cons: not recommended to clean upholstery more

Best carpet cleaning in Triangle 8/8/2008

This is the second time I've used Carpet Dryclean and as long as I have carpet they will be the only ones I use. \r I called this time to get grease removed from the carpet which occurred when Lowes made a delivery. \r And of course it came out. \r \r Things I like about Carpet Dryclean:\r The office calls with a reminder about 1 hr prior to your scheduled time slot. \r The folks who do the cleaning are ON TIME and extremely professional and courteous. \r The carpet is clean and ready to ""use"" right away.\r \r One slight downside:\r The first time I had the carpet cleaned the smell was overpowering which I was not prepared for. It is a citrus scent, but pleasant only in small quantities; I actually had to go in another room because of coughing. It does dissipate quickly though. \r \r This time Terry did a small section at a time (instead of blanketing the entire area being cleaned) and it was much, much better. \r \r I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean and am very pleased with their prompt, courteous service and product.\r more

Carpet Dry Clean Delivers on Its Promises 8/6/2008

I have now used this service twice. They are always on time, give a reminder call a couiple of days before and a call when they are on their way during the two hour window. They are always polite, clean and mindful of my belongings. The carpet is noticably clean, fluffier and the house has a pleasant (rather than musty wet smell). Surprisingly, the price has only changed about $10.00 in the past two years and is very reasonable. A pleasant change from the usual service one gets in this area. more
