We had our carpets cleaned on August 8, 2008 by Terry. I have used your company over the past several years and by far, Terry has been the best technician to clean our carpet. He was very curtious and is very knowledgable with your product. He informed me that I was due a 10% discount because I am a member of your Maintenance Program. I will continue to use your company and will request Terry to be the technician to clean my carpet.
