Elmer arrived on time and called before hand to confirm that he was on his way. He was polite and did a great job. I have used this company before and they do a good job. Hired a new carpet cleaner this week. I have two teenage boys, a messy husband, and a dog! Carpet Dryclean did a great job, and has clean, nice, conciderate workers. Very informative on product ability. Plus it smells great. Miguel Polo did a demonstration on my toughest stain which was a month old spilled paint area. I can not longer find the stain! After demonstration, he then asked if he could continue cleaning entire room. He did not assume he had the job but asked for it. Miguel cleaned entire room and also removed a two week old red wine stain. His co-worker cleaned all my stairs which had not be cleaned in six years. All looks and smells great. I'd recommend having your carpets cleaned by Carpet Dryclean just a few days before mother-in-law visit. She'll be impressed. I received a referral from a friend that has utilized the services of Carpet Dryclean on two separate occassions. She was very pleased. I had my carpets cleaned Saturday, I could not believe my eyes. I think that Carpet Dryclean is the BEST. I've been using them for the past 3 years now and they live up to my expectation every time. I have white carpet and during the year it get the ""dinges"". My carpet was cleaned on Tuesday and it looks brand new again and actually ""white"". I had a feeling that my dog made a boo boo in my guest bedroom and called that to the attention of my attendant. He did everything that he could get the smell out and told me that it had not stained the carpet so we had a good chance of getting it out. I also had red lipstick on my carpet and he ""got it out"" and went over it a second time to to make sure. So, bottom line, they provide excellent customer service, their attitude is GREAT and they are quite respectable. Thanks. more

They were great! Elmer and his crew got her right on time, and finished in less then an hour. They even called as they were on their way. The carpet looks brand new, they moved all the furniture when they came, and placed it exactly as it was prior. Very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely use them again!!! more

This was the first time I have had this carpet cleaned as our house is fairly new, so I was extremely picky about the products they were to use on my carpet. I have used several carpet cleaners until a friend told me about Carpet Dryclean. It is amazing!! For one thing, your carpet is DRY when they are finished....so no guessing if that wet carpet drys to show old stains underneath or avoiding your carpet for hours so it can dry. The cleaner they use is organic, which is really important to me since I have animals and the smell that is left behind is clean and a bit on the citrus side! I really wish I could have this done once a month. My old carpets look clean and refreshed. Elmer has cleaned mine twice and does an amazing job. Yes, you may pay a little more than your standard wet, chemical filled cleaning - but it is so worth it! more

Ferdi and his crew did a great job at two of our properties. The first one was a rental property with very worn carpeting and by the time he was done with it I was proud to take new renters through! Next, I had Ferdi and his crew come to my home and do two heavily-used rooms and a set of stairs. He was able to lift a red wine stain off of my stairs and pet stains out of my bedroom carpet. They were prompt and courteous- I will definitely call again! Thanks Ferdi and crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend Carpet Dryclean for the great customer service and the product they use. This is the second time I have used this company and have gotten great results both times. The first time I had them clean some area rugs that had stains that I was sure they would not be able to remove. But they were able to remove them. My rugs looked like new. This time Terry came and cleaned my carpets and they look just great. He was able to remove a couple of stains that, again, I was not sure could be removed. But Terry was able to clean them. Terry was very friendly, knowledgeable and was right on time. In addition, he cleaned up after he finished cleaning my carpets and you would never know he was there except for the clean carpets. What I like about this process is there is no waiting for the carpets to dry. They are accessible right after they are cleaned. The first time I used Carpet Dryclean, I purchased a container of the product. I had 4 grandchildren living with me at the time and the cushions on the dining room chairs became soiled. I used the product on them and it took up all of the stains. What I like even more about the product is that it is organic. I just can't say enough about the product and about the great service. Very pleased with the carpet cleaning job. Victor and his crew were right on time and demonstrated the cleaning process on a small section of carpet before beginning work. The carpet looks great!
