Excellent job 11/10/2008

Elmer and his assistant cleaned my FR and MBR carpet. They were on time, efficient and comfortable to work with. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased. I will certainly use Carpet Dryclean again and definitely recommend your services to several of my friends who were like myself not knowing anyone reliable to clean their carpets. more

I was impressed with the quality, professionalism and thouroughness of the technicians who came to clean our carpets. This was the second time we have use hem, and the results were just as good. Cleaner carpets than the day I closed on my house 11/10/2008

I called on Friday about my dirty dog-tracked carpet and they were at my house on Saturday to clean it. Love the fact that I was able to walk on the floor immediately and that I didn't have to worry about my dogs coming in contact with harmful chemicals. My carpets are actually so clean now they sparkle. I will most definitely refer Carpet Dryclean to all my friends and coworkers. Thanks Ferdi and Anthony - you guys made my weekend!!! \r \r Warning - you will need to dust your house and vacuum again the next day to get all the cleaner up. Pros: Instantly clean and dry carpets, fast response, great customer service Cons: Slightly more expensive, dusty cleanup - definitely worth it though more

quick, easy, safe carpet cleaning! 11/6/2008

I googled ""carpet cleaning 27613"". One of the results was ""Carpet Dryclean, Inc"". After visiting their website and viewing the video demonstration, I was sold. I called to schedule an appointment at ~11am, and 2 guys were at my townhome the same day at 2pm! It was so quick too. The carpet was dry as soon as they left, and it's safe for my 2 little doggies. My carpets were in yucky shape because of my dogs, but now, honestly, my carpets look, feel, and smell brand new! Pros: does not use water, quick, no drying time necessary, really friendly & knowledgeable & personable staff, no more smelly carpets!! Cons: the men did not put some of the furniture back where they found it, not all of the cleaner was vacuumed up, some cleaner on drapes, bag of cleaner left in bathroom, a smidgen pricey more

Miguel was a pleasure to have in our home. He made us feel we were his most important customer. He spent time cleaning our carpet like he had nowhere else to go. He would not leave until we were satisfied. The job he did was excellent and his enthusiasm was a fresh change from most people we have encountered in the service industry today. The spots are gone 11/6/2008

I called Carpet Dryclean because I had spots in my carpet which is very light in color. They came out the next day and the spots were gone within minutes! I would suggest the guys on Victors crew. The two of them were detailed and extremely professional. more

Every time I have had Carpet Dryclean come to my home to clean my carpets, they have done an absolutely incredible job! My house not only looks cleaner, it smells cleaner too!! The technicians are extrememely honest, freindly and professional. I also appreciate the free refill of carpet cleaner!! I will certainly use them whenever I need my carpets cleaned. more

Great cleaning, excellent customer service 11/4/2008

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Miguel Polo and his crew. They were prompt, courteous and did a very thorough job. They were able to remove all the stains on my carpet and the carpets were dry when they were done as promised. The smell was a little strong but I turned on some fans, opened the windows, and the fumes went away quickly. \r My phone quote was lower than the actual bill, but when I discussed the discrepancy with the owner he made it right by adjusting the price. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. I will be using them again and recommending them to my friends. Pros: Dry carpets, all stains removed Cons: a little on the expensive side, but worth it more

great cleaning job! 11/3/2008

Carpet looks great after cleaning and I don't have to wait to walk on it while it is ""drying"". Most of the spots come out except the very old ones. I have used carpet dry clean for two years, they are professional, on time and curtious. Pros: prefessional, curtious, on time, always call ahead Cons: sometimes very old spots do not come out, not necessarily their fault. more

Well......The guy's name that came to clean my carpets was Terry. I must say, he was only here for a short time, so I was leery if my carpet would be clean. Lo and behold!!! It was great! He did a fab job and he was so nice! It's always good to work with people like that! I highly recommend the company and if you do use them, ask for Terry! :-) Pros: was good all around more

Great job. Would highly recommend. Arrived on time and went right to work. Several spots on the carpet would not come up, but were lightened by the cleaner. Would advise opening windows as smell is a little strong, but does not last long. Pros: On time and very professional. Cons: Smell of cleaner is a little strong. more
