I googled ""carpet cleaning 27613"". One of the results was ""Carpet Dryclean, Inc"". After visiting their website and viewing the video demonstration, I was sold. I called to schedule an appointment at ~11am, and 2 guys were at my townhome the same day at 2pm! It was so quick too. The carpet was dry as soon as they left, and it's safe for my 2 little doggies. My carpets were in yucky shape because of my dogs, but now, honestly, my carpets look, feel, and smell brand new!
Pros: does not use water, quick, no drying time necessary, really friendly & knowledgeable & personable staff, no more smelly carpets!!
Cons: the men did not put some of the furniture back where they found it, not all of the cleaner was vacuumed up, some cleaner on drapes, bag of cleaner left in bathroom, a smidgen pricey
