Great job, great people 5/15/2008

I was super impressed by the quick response time after I sent my inquiry online (10 mins.) and also that they could fit min the schedule so quick (scheduled the appt. Fri., carpets done on Mon.) The techs were super nice, very respectful and super friendly. They were able to get my very sad carpets into a very nice looking condition. With the exception of some very old coffee stains, my carpets look fabulous, and I loved that it was safe enough for children and pets, not to mention all organic! Pros: Quick service, no drying time, very nice people Cons: Some of my stains did not come out more

Although this was the first time that I have had my carpet professionally cleaned and therefore do not have a lot of expertise, I could not be happier with the outcome. The customer service was immaculate and the carpet looks brand new. They were on time, professional and friendly. more

The best carpet cleaning service around hands down. 5/10/2008

I have had Carpet Dryclean of Raleigh clean my carpets for several years now and I am always 100% satisfied. My carpets always come out looking brand new. Stains that I thought would never come out are completely gone. The carpet cleaners are always friendly, professional, and on time. The best part is my carpets actually seem to repel dirt for months to come. If you are looking for a dependable company who will consistently give you outstanding results hire these guys. The cleanest our carpets have ever been. 5/9/2008

Carlos and his crew were friendly, explained the cleaning process and challenges as they moved from room to room, and in the end got our carpets cleaner than they have ever been. White carpets are whiter than ever. We thought we were going to need to replace our carpets soon, but a good cleaning is all we needed. Hurrah. Highly recommended. Pros: Scheduled within the week, on-time, friendly, very clean carpet. more

Most Honest Business in Town -- Durham, NC 5/7/2008

I first would like to thank all who involved in the service to my townhouse last week. It was nerve-wrecking to have to deal with many things all at once as a first time home buyer, yet, the experience with Carpet Dryclean was definitely painless and enjoyable in deed. \r \r Scheduling with Earl L. was easy and he took time to explain their methods and procedures... no pressure at all. Then, his partners/technicians Fredi and Anthony were courteous and professional! Well done on-time and detail service! I'm happy to have chosen you guys as my cleaning service provider. Would do business again! \r \r Thank you very much!! Pros: Clean well and caught all invisible hair! Quick and Non-toxic :) Cons: nothing really... if possible, price could be lower... but not bad as is. more

I have used carpet dryclean for at least 5 years and they do an excellent job. Victor pays special attention to trouble spots and wants you to call him if things are not right. Plush carpets again! 5/4/2008

Prompt service, committed to getting job done with precision they did not rush through. I had numerous pet stains and the majority of them came clean remarkably well. Although a little more costly then the wet clean it was worth it. Highly recommended. more

Great carpet cleaning by Carpet Dryclean, Ral, NC. 4/30/2008

Carpet Dryclean/Ral was recommended by a trusted friend (thanks T) this past week. Checked out their website and decided to call them, and got an estimated range of the cost over the phone. Liked what we heard about the process and cost and made an appt for a carpet cleaning. Carlo and Marcow came to the house and looked over the rooms to be cleaned, and Carlo gave us the final cost which ended up remaining within the original cost range. They did the cleaning, took about 3 hrs, had many stubborn stains. They were both very pleasant during the process, explained how the cleaning process works answered questions, went back over the tough areas several times to be sure to get them removed. We are extremely happy with the results, carpetting is much cleaner and vibrant looking and feeling. They took their time and painstakingly worked hard to get stains removed, including moving around furniture for hard to reach areas. The carpets were ready to be walked on as soon as they were finished. \r I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean Inc!!!\r Mike Pros: Deep clean type process. Can walk on carpet when done. Great process; professional crew. 4/26/2008

Very professional crew. They came in, moved all the furniture. and did a quick job using a dry technique so that we could walk on the floors shortly after they were done. We didn't have bad stains, but a few high traffic areas that made it hard to sell our house. Now the whole place looks bright and new. more

My carpets are beautiful again! 4/22/2008

I was so pleased with their service the first time I knew immediately who to call when I needed the carpets in my new house cleaned. Carpet Dryclean was on time, professional, efficient and friendly. The quote I got on the phone was accurate and the carpet technician told me where I could print a coupon online so I could get an additional $15.00 off! The carpet in both rooms and on the steps are now stain free and once again fluffy under my feet. With a newborn and a 2 year old I don?t have time to wait for the carpets to dry ? that is one of the reasons I use and will continue to use Carpet Dryclean. more

Excellent service, excellent results 4/21/2008

This was the first time we had had a carpet dry-cleaned and we was very pleased with the service and the results. The company called to confirm the appointment and the men arrived right on time. Joe gave a demo on a badly stained part of the berber carpet first. We had stains from dirt and also from rainwater. Joe and Emilio cleaned the carpet, using two or three doses for the bad stains. Happily, all the stains disappeared. They did an extremely thorough job of cleaning, vacuuming and replacing the furniture. They were friendly and courteous. We did not realize there would be an aroma from the alcohol and disinfectantl, but it was completely gone in about an hour and of course, we could walk on the carpet right away. SO much better than do-it-yourself! more

Decent service; Phone estimate was not accurate 4/19/2008

Service was very fast and technicians were knowledgable and went right to work, paying special attention to problem areas. Carpets look cleaner and does not take very long to dry. The company follows-up after to see how the service was.\r \r My concern is that the price I was quoted on the phone was nearly 50% less than the on-site price that I was given and paid. I had chosen this company over other carpet dry clean service companies based on the price quoted, but phone estimates are apparently not accurate - would be good business practice to more closely honor the estimate given on the phone. I also voiced this complaint during the follow-up call.\r \r Carpet does dry fast, but immediately after the service, the fumes are a bit strong, have to air everything out to be able to breathe regularly - I would probably choose a nice spring day to have this service done, if the windows / doors are left closed, might be too much to breathe. more
