This was the first time we had had a carpet dry-cleaned and we was very pleased with the service and the results. The company called to confirm the appointment and the men arrived right on time. Joe gave a demo on a badly stained part of the berber carpet first. We had stains from dirt and also from rainwater. Joe and Emilio cleaned the carpet, using two or three doses for the bad stains. Happily, all the stains disappeared. They did an extremely thorough job of cleaning, vacuuming and replacing the furniture. They were friendly and courteous. We did not realize there would be an aroma from the alcohol and disinfectantl, but it was completely gone in about an hour and of course, we could walk on the carpet right away. SO much better than do-it-yourself!
