I was very impressed with the service I received from Carpet Dry Clean. They were informative explaining their organic dry cleaning method, courteous and respectful while in my home and careful with my possessions. The billing process was easy to understand and they also provided good advice on maintaining my carpet. But most importantly my carpet looked fantastic and that's saying a lot because it was in pretty bad shape. I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in getting their carpet cleaned. Pros: They use a safe organic product and thouroughly explain the process and procedures Cons: none that I can think of more

The carpets came out great which is a task since we have three pets and two kids. The servicemen were very friendly and knowledgeable about their service. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and will use Carpet Dryclean again! Pros: Excellent service more

I would like to reccomend Carpet DryClean and I have. I was late for my appointment at the house. I talked to the Company and they were willing to work with me and even had the Men WAIT for me. They were so nice about it!. The 2 guys that cleaned my carpets, vaccumed for me (since I didn't have time to do it), moved my furniture AND had me rolling with laughter. These guys were great. It just seemed like we were old friends getting reaquainted again. When they were done, my carpets smelled good and LOOKED good. I would definitely use these guys again. I would like to let you know what great service I had with Carpet Dryclean! The gentleman, Joe, that cleaned my carpets today was very nice and extremely thorough. I called this morning with an ""emergency"" situation where fireplace ashes had gotten on my white berber carpeting. I had my entire family room cleaned (and I have 3 little ones so it needed it!) They squeezed me in this morning and the results are fantastic! My white carpet is white again, and the stain is gone. They were meticulous with cleaning off my leather sofa where cleaning powder had spread, as well as the hardwood floors leading into the room. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Carpet Dryclean! more

This is my first review on citysearch but I just feel compelled to write about this company. Not only do they offer the greatest service ever but they are very nice people to work with. The product is amazing and so safe.. I have a toddler & an infant so I was very concerned about clean carpets but hesitant about the safety of other products / services that I've seen. The representative that I worked with, Miguel Polo was friendly & patient while he reassured me about the safety & effectiveness of the product and showed me how it worked. This is the second time I have used carpet drycleaning and I would absolutely use them again! They are friendly, quick, and efficient! I have two rescue hounds who have made a mess of my cream colored carpets! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE how amazing my carpets look, they seriously look brand new! After house training a dog and taking care of a very sick dog I thought there was no way these stains would ever go away! I am so happy with the results and for a great price! We hadn't cleaned our carpets in 7 years, but in only a couple of hours, our carpets looked as new as the day we closed on the house (7 years ago). They are very easy to work with, able to schedule appointments quickly and even let you ask for technicians you've worked with before. They call to confirm they're on the way to the appointment, arrive on time and get the carpets clean quickly but thoroughly. This is the second time that Carpet Dryclean has cleaned our carpets, and once again, they did a fantastic job. Our appointment time was between 2 pm and 4 pm. The team arrived at almost exactly 2:00 pm. I?m a nut about people being late, so I really appreciate the effort it takes to be on time! This time, we not only had our carpets cleaned, we also had our tan and brown sofa cleaned. Elmer and his co-worker did a very thorough, detailed job. The sofa is about five years old, but it looks brand new! We live in an apartment, so the carpets aren?t the greatest quality (and we have pets), but Elmer has them looking like they were just installed. \r \r I highly recommend the entire Carpet Dryclean team.
