We just had our carpets done by Carlo and Joe. Our carpets look fantastic, just like they did when our house was brand new! Carlo and Joe were friendly, worked quickly and thoroughly and even took the extra time to explain to us the best way to keep our carpets looking great between treatments. We have two small children and a large dog and the dry treatment was much better on us all than the wet versions. \r \r We would highly recommend this service to others and already have a friend setting up an estimate! I had heard that they were the way to go - and I checked out the reviews - but I wasn't ""convinced""... But they surpassed my expectations. They worked with my time schedule - that's a 5 star right there! Showed up when they said they would - did a thorough job (no half - way job)(Nothing I hate worse than to get a halfX job). Here it is I am getting ready to put my house on the market and the last thing is the CARPET! I had little doubt that my carpets would come clean with two kids in the house that are so incredibly clumsy. BUT to my surprise, my carpets are the cleanest they have EVER been. In fact my carpets look brand new as if I have just replaced the carpet in the entire house. Miguel saved me $3300 and to him I will forever be grateful. I will recommend this company and Miguel to everyone I know. This was our second time using Carpet DryClean. There are not enough good words to describe our experience. When we have spoken on the phone they have been perfectly accommodating and very professional (they always make a courtesy call after a job has been completed). Our most recent cleaning brought Carlo and Joe to task! With a houseful of boys our carpet is abused. They were not at all intimidated! They immediately began working while I was tending to other chores. The whole house smelled so good (a fresh lemon scent), but it was not too overwhelming, and did not linger too long.. When they were done they asked me to survey their work and it looked terrific (as it had upon completion the first time they were here). The carpet looked like new. Jario Cruz and his helper did a wonderful job on my. carpet. First they sample a small area on my carpet to see how I would like it. Then he check the rooms that I want clean. In my Den he pointed out that the Den carpet need sctretching. So he stretched the carpet in my Den and he did a good job. I will recommend this service to anyone. This was my first time using Carpet Dry Clean to clean my carpets. I have 6 kids and a dog and have never used this type of cleaning before. I was turned off by the idea of having to keep everyone off the carpets for 4-6 hours after a standard steam cleaning, so I decided to try something new with Carpet Dry Clean. The carpets are dry and ready to use immediately after they are finished! \r I had a wonderful experience with this company. Miguel Polo and Jesse arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. Miguel took the time to explain exactly how the product worked and even gave me a demonstration before they tackled the big job of cleaning my carpets! It was incredible! I am amazed at how this product works. It even sanitizes the carpet as it cleans! I am a nurse and sanitation is VERY important to me. They even took the time to help me pick up one last room that I did not get to the night before so that the carpet could be cleaned in there too! I think this kind of customer service is something you do not find every day .....Miguel and Jesse truly took pride in their work and made sure that I was completely satisfied.\r I also love that this product is completely organic and therefore safe for my family and the environment. They did a very good job. Their customer service is stellar. They truly do aim to please. I pointed out stains that I wanted special attention to, and they treated those as best they could. I really liked that the carpet truly was 'dry' when they left, but I warn anyone with allergies or a sensitive nose -- as you can smell the product for about two days after treatment. Pros: carpet is dry, service is great Cons: they can't work miracles necessarily - and there is an odor more

I had lots of carpet stains that I could not get to come out with the rental steam cleaners, etc but Carpet Dryclean got them out and my carpet looks brand new. LOVED IT! They removed a stain that other places have been unable to get up. They included everything in the upfront price I was quoted; stuff like moving the furniture, pre-vacuum, stain repellant, etc. There was no up-selling of any kind. Jairo Cruz and his co-worker were knowledgeable, on time, friendly and efficient. They even gave me tips on ways to extend the life of my carpet, so I can actually use them to clean the carpet LESS. One major plus, it?s organic so it won?t hurt the environment, my kids or my dog. Another major plus, it truly is a dry clean; we could use it immediately after they were done. No drying time! Miguel was very professional and knows his business! I am glad I purchased the spot cleaner, as I noticed a couple of spots that were missed (we were a bit rushed to finish up). I used the cleaner on the spots myself today and they are now barely noticeable. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone on the lookout for carpet cleaners. more

On Saturday Feb 23, 2008, I used your Carpet Cleaning service for the first time. I commend you hiring the BEST. They were very professional and took great pride in their product as well as the end result of my carpet. I've always used services that used WATER but will never go back; dry cleaning is the way to go. My carpet look just as good when the two gentlemen finished as it did when I purchased my home five years ago. Excellent customer service was provided and for me that's a plus.
