This was our second time using Carpet DryClean. There are not enough good words to describe our experience. When we have spoken on the phone they have been perfectly accommodating and very professional (they always make a courtesy call after a job has been completed). Our most recent cleaning brought Carlo and Joe to task! With a houseful of boys our carpet is abused. They were not at all intimidated! They immediately began working while I was tending to other chores. The whole house smelled so good (a fresh lemon scent), but it was not too overwhelming, and did not linger too long.. When they were done they asked me to survey their work and it looked terrific (as it had upon completion the first time they were here). The carpet looked like new. I promise-every spot was completely removed. This company is first class. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
Pros: I don't have anything but praise for Carpet DryClean
