LOVED IT! They removed a stain that other places have been unable to get up. They included everything in the upfront price I was quoted; stuff like moving the furniture, pre-vacuum, stain repellant, etc. There was no up-selling of any kind. Jairo Cruz and his co-worker were knowledgeable, on time, friendly and efficient. They even gave me tips on ways to extend the life of my carpet, so I can actually use them to clean the carpet LESS. One major plus, it?s organic so it won?t hurt the environment, my kids or my dog. Another major plus, it truly is a dry clean; we could use it immediately after they were done. No drying time! It is an all around great company, with great people and great service.
Pros: Everything!
