So, our cat had started peeing on the carpet in a certain area of the living room...frustrated, I went from moving to getting hardwoods to finally settling on trying to first see if we could clean the carpet (and pad). When I found Carpet DryClean, I was encouraged by the fact that they use organic products and saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Earl and Preston, spent at least a half hour on the phone with me explaining the procedures for cat urine. I called back the next day and spent another 20 minutes on the phone and decided to book them for the following day. Carlo and Marlon showed up ON TIME and were very thorough with their diagnosis of the affected area. They did a great job and walked me through every step. The carpet looks and smells great, I am pleased. \r
