From the first phone contact to the arrival of the cleaners it was smooth professional and punctual. The owner, Earl said the cleaners would arrrive at my house between 9 and 9:30am and they were at my front door at 9:05am. I received a morning phone call to confirm the time and a follow up phone call asking about the service. My carpets are over 10years old and never been cleaned. They look almost new and even regained some bounce back. I was totally impressed!
Pros: on time, efficient and professional
Cons: had to ask to return some furniture in place
