All I can say is ""WOW""! My wife said she wanted new carpet in the basement because of the dirt and stains. This carpet had been ""cleaned"" with a steam cleaner twice in the past 8 years and there were still stains that never got out. I convinced her to let me try to find a professional cleaner and see if they could get the carpet clean. Well, long story short, I called Carpet Dryclean and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me at my convenience. Jose and his helper arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job in a couple of hours. And what a job it was! Those stains (and this included a stain from a ruptured water heater) were gone and the carpet looked better than I ever remember. More importantly, my wife was thrilled and said there was now no need to replace the carpet! I figure this saved me several thousand dollars. Thank you Jose and Carpet Dryclean!!
